Absolutely worse Smoothie King I’ve been in! It’s nasty as soon as you walk in! The floors are dirty, walls look like they’ve been through hell, counters look filthy, and the snack area is a total disaster… They should really consider closing this location down!!! It’s too close to the Battery, it’s an eyesore to the franchise! If they care for the store in this manner, I know how they feel about the food coming from here… clear there is no investment in keeping the place up! Although I paid for smoothie…. I will not be consuming it! Really need to invest in better management.

I get that everyone has an off day, but please don't take it out on the customer. It honestly felt like the lady I dealt with was being difficult on purpose, and was noticeably bothered that I had a few questions about my smoothie. It's fine. My money can be spent at other places.

I set an online order for pickup at 7:15 (the earliest available), thinking it would be ready at that time. When I got there at 7:05, the worker told me they were closed. The door was unlocked at 7:15, and then the employee asked for my name and if I had an online order. I said yes and then she started pulling out stuff to make it. I had work and couldn't wait any longer, so I had to leave.

Twice now I've gone onto their feedback website to request a refund, specifically checking the box that I wanted someone to follow up, and I have heard nothing back. Hopefully this review will get their attention.

Came in having a bad day and the worker (Tamia) had great customer service and gave great recommendations when I asked and was very kind. New favorite location.. things like this matter to me, going places and having great energy and obviously tastes good! Anyways thanks Tamia(idk how it is spelt) btw got the strawberry kiwi smoothie it’s amazing

I walked in today (Sunday) a line almost out the door and the two employees moving incredibly slowly/disorganized. They were basically not speaking to anyone and several people had to ask to order. I had ordered ahead on the app 20 minutes prior and had to wait another 20 to get the smoothies. No one even said they were ready, they just set them on the counter. I saw several people walk in and turn around and walk right back out. The smoothies were fine, nothing special. This location needs new employees though.

The form at the register needs to be moved to a diff position. Clearly not a people person. She didn’t even look up to acknowledge two people walked in the door. She gave a bland hello. And continued doing whatever she was doing. After a minute of silence I asked if my pick up order was ready. Nonchalantly she says It’s over there. The 2 smoothie bowls I ordered was basically Granola soup. 6 pieces of fruit amping the both of them. A waste of $$ and time.

Listen, if I could leave a triple 0 I would first of all we walked in. We weren’t even greeted no eye contact nothing. My girlfriend had to literally address them about our order. Then the girl at the register proceeded to brush us off and say oh they’re over there. Our bowls sat there, probably since they were made, and we literally got soup instead of açai bowls. It was runny there was barely any fruit in it. It was pretty much granola and melted, açai and peanut butter just thrown all over top of it. Complete trash all around the board will never go back and do t recommend at all the worst bowl I’ve ever had an the customer service to match‼️

On November 11, at 5:45pm…the two young ladies who took care of our order were extremely professional—despite the busy workload. Even when customers were being rude to them demanding a refund..they remained a positive attitude and catered to each and every customer in a timely manner. Great representation ladies!
