Stinks as soon as you walk in.. as if the floors and counters are cleaned with dirty water.. there was only one female working on a Sunday at that. My smoothie was really thin, watery which caused me to waste most of it because i can’t drink cold things fast. I would rate this place a 3/5. Probably won’t return to this location

It smells very horrible at this location for some reason idk if it’s the sewer but I haven’t been to this location in years but it’s smells bad maybe a dead rat not sure but I will never visit here again

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION OF LOCATIONS!!! Everytime I go to this location there is an issue. Either poor customer service, they are out of strawberries, they are out of the acai base, or my online order is never ready!! They are the only location that does not answer the phone. This location does not take pride in their work as others do. They barely put the ingredients in the bowls and these bowls are $12ish each. I hate this is the closest location to me. I have to drive extra miles for acknowledgement when I walk through the door and for quality products.

If I could rate this company a negative 5 star I would I was the manager here for years and they are filthy and nasty. One time we got frozen strawberries that had mold and the owner scooped the mold out with a spoon and said use the rest. If you wanna get sick be my guest.

I really wanted to love this place, but… yikes. 😬 I get it ; it was early, we’re all tired, coffee hasn’t kicked in yet ..but the two employees working looked like they’d rather be in a dentist’s chair than serving customers.

I ordered a $15 coconut açaí bowl (because I enjoy pretending I’m a tropical health goddess on weekdays), and… well… let’s just say my bowl was suffering from base shortage syndrome. The “coconut base” …you know, the part that’s supposed to fill you up — was basically MIA. You can see it in the picture: that little white layer at the bottom? Yeah… that’s it.

If I’m paying $15 for frozen fruit concentrate, please, I beg you, fill that bad boy up! Don’t make me go home and stare longingly into the freezer for backup fruit.

Great concept, but between the “I hate my job” vibes and the skimpy serving, I left feeling like I paid luxury prices for snack-size energy.

Every time I come here, my smoothie is never right & I have to wait 20 minutes. I even tried to place a to go order today & still got here & had to wait 30 mintues!! They didn’t have peanut butter? My order read complete online when it wasn’t. My smoothie is still wrong to. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this is a common thing here.

Definitely won’t be returning. The employees don’t even know how to make the smoothies correctly! Please get some people that know what they’re doing.
