Lately, every time I go to this place, there is always SOMETHING. Today, the drive thru person took a sold 1.5 mins to say anything. (Think how long that is to sit there looking at a screen wondering if anyone is even there) Then, tells me they are out of ginger in the most crass way, I just say thanks and leave. I'm so sick of bad service at that place and them being out of something every time I go. You never NEED a smoothie so I'll be perfectly fine not patronizing this place.

Horrible, horrible location. The employees here are garbage. I sat at the intercom almost 5 min no one answered I drove around to the window met with attitude and shock. This location needs a whole new crew it wasn’t always like this. These people are bringing smoothie king down. I’d rather go to topical smoothie

Honestly at this point and everything you just need to either close down or hire a whole new manager and workers because they aren’t really good at their job, when I went in that day they said they only took cash and cash only and she said it very rudely and then we place the order anyway and she was rude the whole time and literally kept asking like I was disturbing her and like working there wasn’t her jobAll the employees looked annoyed and rude and were all trying to push taking order on each otherThe whole time I was ordering she was being rude and taking rudely and giving attitude and the white man there during the evening (he had a smiley face tattoo he honestly needs to man up)It was mostly girls and they were all black Americans and rudeLike didn’t their parents at least teach them or somethingAnd after everything she was acting like we were standing on top of her head

I always spend a lot of money at this place but every time I get off work because I get off at 8pm and I work all the way over on the southside but I live in Tucker Georgia (east side) I come to my favorite smoothie King, which is here but every time I come at 8:30 at night or 815 at night they always claimed they are out of the smoothie bowls and I know it's because they're lazy and don't want to make them because every time at night they claim they are out but let me come in before gym time or as I get out of the gym in the morning. They always have them and it's so annoying. It's like what's the fucking purpose of having this product when you always claim that you're out of the smoothie bowls

I visited this location moments ago. The two guys were nice but I wish Smoothie King made it mandatory to wear gloves. Per the employee, gloves aren't required for vaccinated employees. That's not sanitary.
The drive through is always easy and anything with coffee or bananas is always delicious and fast.

Customer service is zero to none! I asked for a 20oz and got a 32oz! On yesterday 08/10/2023. If your employees don’t like working then find new ones or send them home for the day! Pissed I was charged for a 32oz and got one, when I specifically said 20oz! No need to ask for the correction when attitude was written all over his face.

I notice that the guys at this location will always say they’re out of stuff they don’t like making after a certain time. When the person in the white truck is there, they operate much better. Any time I come through after 6:30 they’re out of bowls, but will magically have some the next day. Other locations in the area don’t have this issue
