I have recently become concerned about the safety and overall condition of the store and believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention.

The most pressing and urgent issue is the front entrance door. It is broken and slams shut with a great deal of force. This is not only a significant inconvenience but also a serious safety hazard and potential liability for both customers and employees. I am concerned it's only a matter of time before a person is seriously injured.

Until a permanent repair can be made, management should place a large, clear, and visible sign on the door to warn people of the danger but the repair is very important and should occur ASAP.

The store's overall cleanliness is lacking, which is a sharp contrast to the high standards of other Smoothie King locations. It is also frustrating that the store is consistently out of stock of essential items, including certain fruits and lids for smoothie bowl cups. This has made it impossible to purchase my preferred smoothie bowl on a few occasions.

The employees were awesome and professional but the store needs some major improvements and the door is the first and most important issue.

Close this location ASAP ! Call the health department. Dirty store, with smells. They never have ingredients, selling smoothies with no lids, store has no inventory, how are the guys being paid even. Door is broken and will slam on you. Why are they even open. The worst, broke location I’ve ever visited. Loud rap music with curse words. Zero Stars except for the Young Kings in the afternoon on staff. Camp Creek 15 ⭐️

First the door needs to be fixed, been like that for a while now. The shelves look quite empty. When you pull up to the store it looks close. I ordered a smoothie bowl and the coconut was very runny and wasn't cold. I would like to continue to support the Old National Location, because it is in my neighborhood, but I have to be honest the Fayetteville store is so much better.

I’m not sure why this location is open at all.

For starters, IF they even open up on any given day… it’s late (after they are supposed to open by 7am). Then, they have turned off all mobile orders from 6.30am until 9pm (please see screenshot to show it is CLEARLY between the operating hours and yet the mobile ordering does not work). Then the location operates with less than half of the ingredients… to the point that staff is warning customers that with each smoothie, something is being left off; however nothing is being left off the price.

I think that they are closed down but nothing official is posted. They've been closed for 3 months. Don't place an online order with them. You'll definitely lose your money. Because they use a 3rd party payment company and they can't refund. Never saw adult management or owners only teens who did their best, but did not have adequate products, supplies or information about stock items. Would not recommend at all.

Hours are very unpredictable. Store hours say they open 7 but I’ve stopped by numerous times after 7, before work, for them not to be open. The service can be a bit slow as well but the quality is generally there

This team is nice when available. It seems the hours are shifting weekly. The hours display open, the sign displays open and finally their system allows you to make purchases but they’re closed. I had the opportunity to meet a fellow customer and we shared similar experiences with this schedule not being aligned across the board. Lights off but the sign and listed hours on window shows open.

While these are not my sentiments, I heard a fellow disappointed customer yell “ this is what happens in the ghetto” and sped off Tokyo drift style.

Find another smoothie shop or a better run smoothie king. Smoothie was terrible, service was worse.

I have driven to this smoothie king twice in the last week to find out it is closed during it’s normal business hours . Today I arrived at 6:10pm to find it was closed again . I suggest anyone who frequents this location to consider other options due to the stores inconsistent hours. I will no longer stop at this smoothie king on my way home.

Drove 15 mins there just to find out they were closed today for no apparent reasons

I had a problem. I came into speak with the manager and she took care of me. Even though it was through UberEats she was able to help me resolve my issue. I recommend everyone to visit this location! 5stars hands down. I love smoothies
