Smoothie King

This location is never open, although the sign says open. The posted store hours on the door are unreliable and inaccurate.

This team is nice when available. It seems the hours are shifting weekly. The hours display open, the sign displays open and finally their system allows you to make purchases but they’re closed. I had the opportunity to meet a fellow customer and we shared similar experiences with this schedule not being aligned across the board. Lights off but the sign and listed hours on window shows open.

While these are not my sentiments, I heard a fellow disappointed customer yell “ this is what happens in the ghetto” and sped off Tokyo drift style.

Find another smoothie shop or a better run smoothie king. Smoothie was terrible, service was worse.

I have driven to this smoothie king twice in the last week to find out it is closed during it’s normal business hours . Today I arrived at 6:10pm to find it was closed again . I suggest anyone who frequents this location to consider other options due to the stores inconsistent hours. I will no longer stop at this smoothie king on my way home.

Drove 15 mins there just to find out they were closed today for no apparent reasons

I had a problem. I came into speak with the manager and she took care of me. Even though it was through UberEats she was able to help me resolve my issue. I recommend everyone to visit this location! 5stars hands down. I love smoothies

This location needs work and my smoothie watery. Whoever owns this location should be more hands on for better experiences for customers.

Canned pineapples used in my bowl!! This location needs improvement. I've given it several chances but somebody has to say something. It feels to me that it's a franchise location because it's never up to the quality standards of the other locations. They are frequently out of items to make the smoothie bowls. The location inside is often unkept and in need of cleaning and the employees are often times not so friendly or concerned with customer service rather spending time to send text messages or complete personal phone conversations before helping the customer or finishing there orders. Today...the older lady was nice enough but ended up making my coco smoothie bowl with canned pineapples...uugghhh!! It totally changed the flavor of my bowl. I was so pissed but too tired to go back. It's always something with this location.

I should have followed my 1st thought and drove out of my way to the location on Hwy 85 like I've been doing lately. It's clean, they always have the right ingredients, the fruit is always fresh and, the customer service is great but they do get busy so be prepared. I've spoken to customers at the Hwy 85 location who admit to having some of the same issues with the Old Nat location and just stopped going there. Too bad because they could do really good business if they made some simple improvements. 🤷

My smoothie was perfect and Jacquist was definitely providing the best customer service while working the register, making orders AND being pleasant

I have been coming to this location since Friday of last week & the location is closed. I’ve been coming everyday & the location is closed & no signs on the door. What’s happening that’s not business?

This location needs better management. It’s never open on time. I’m here at 0942 on a Wednesday and doors are still closed. The smell inside is not good. I constantly have to drive across town to another Smoothie King if I desire one. Workers will take your order while talking on the phone. I can go on but for the sake of a review, I’ll leave it at that.

I ordered & paid for a smoothie online Friday 3/7, only to find out this location was closed. I haven’t been able to speak with nobody about this matter.

The last 4 times i have been they have either been closed outside of the normal operating hours or they dont have 3/4 of the menu. I could probably ask for ice cup and they wouldnt have it. Close it.

This is the only Smoothie King I've been to that is constantly out of products.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would!!! Came in on a friday the whole place smelt like nothing but marijuana only had one person working at the register while everyone was in the back i waited while the young girl was making my smoothie which still didn't come out the way I wanted it because they didn't have any products most of the staff came back in red eyed laughing smelling like even more marijuana plus i've never seen management in there just a bunch of kids
