Poor customer service here, cashier was downright rude!! Asked if the had more drinks than what was posted up and he points to 2 papers on the counter with a smug look on his face. I should've walked away at that point but I'm fighting a cold and really thought it would help.... The Tart Cherry flavor I picked was tasteless!! $10 for a 20oz bland smoothie with an attitude??? No thanks I won't give you my business again. This was a booth in the perimeter mall food court area

Went to smoothie king at the perimeter mall in dunwoody, Atlanta. Recently purchased a kids smoothie and was charged an extra fee of $0.99 for vitamins without asking me if I wanted to upgrade. Nowhere in the signs did it say this $0.99 charge would be added or could be added. In fact, the woman working said the $0.99 additional charge is automatic and she doesn’t know why. She also said the signs are old and pricing is outdated. But nowhere on the sign or pricing did it say pricing is updated and additional charges would be added. It’s all misleading and unethical to claim price is one thing and charge another without asking or telling the customer. So beware of misleading pricing and paying more than what you asked for. Taste of smoothie was fine but I don’t support misleading consumers.
