I ordered from the 60 lucky location thru the app but when I got there the whole store was closed at 630pm on a Friday evening. There was no way I could get a refund smh. I then came to this location and told the young lady name kariya what happened and she was nice enough to make me one without charging me again. That's good customer service!

I had to scramble leave and come back all for .13 cents that I was short on. I never get a lunch so being quick I have my smoothie almost everyday. The manager at this location really needs better training on how to get customer instead of how to drive them away, his verbiage with customers is unprofessional. Told me if he didn’t get the change he would be fired, I feel like that is a stretch. If I didn’t literally need a smoothie daily because of my health or if there was a different place I could go I would. Love smoothie king but this location always is having issues. The other employees at this location make up for the rest, good thing they have that.

Everytime I come here the staff is absolutely amazing and super friendly! They always make all the smoothies absolutely delicious!!! I probably come here too much ?? even with the customizations …they never act like it’s too much. Best way to start, enhance or end my work day ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I visit Smoothie King at least four times a week and it’s always a fantastic experience. Anthony and his amazing staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Smoothie King have many smoothies that perfectly matched my taste preferences and dietary needs. The store was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Metabolism ginger booster smoothie is delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made it both refreshing and satisfying.

Customer service was really good. There was a slight wait and they apologized a couple of times for the wait, ensuring orders were coming up. That's all anyone asks right! Just acknowledge and deliver. I'll be back!

Great staff, great experience. The manager is incredible, makes the perfect smoothie, and is very attentive of his staff and store. The barista Reign is so fast and so very accurate with her smoothie. My peanut power was creamy, smooth and delicious. I’ll be back. On the regular.
