Smoothie King

The sewage is bad in the store and you can smell it in the water. When I went to the restroom, I did not want to breathe and when I got my smoothie it tasted how it smelled or at least my olfactory system was completely disgusted. I will not be going here again and it sucks to see how understaffed and profiteering this franchise is becoming in the city. All I can say is that is it very evident that this is by design or negligence. The smell and taste feel like they can make you sick and that this location is just several microbial events away from airborne disease. I returned my order, didn’t get a return receipt unfortunately, and left.

Zy and Journey were amazing. They answered every question and were super sweet. They helped us try a new smoothie which was very good. Very energetic and attentive. They greeted us and everyone who walked in. I have a pineapple allergy and Zy went and got a new blender and spoon from the back to make mine. Very appreciative for the service. Will be back.

It might be on a good location but the personel here was on a rush for closing apparently, I did not ask for banana on my strawberry hulk but they were not paying attention and added it

Anthony always has great customer service. He works well under pressure. Even when there are an overwhelming amount of customers he always keeps his cool and get the job done. Never seen a day where I came in and he had an attitude. Thank you Anthony for great service.

I’ve had consistently negative experiences at this Smoothie King. The staff comes across as uninterested and unwelcoming—they rarely greet you, barely acknowledge your presence, and often just stare blankly when you place an order. It feels like customer service is not a priority here. On top of that, the store itself is not well-kept; it looks dirty and uninviting. For the prices they charge, I expect a much better atmosphere and basic courtesy. Definitely not worth it.
