Was told the bowls came premade. I was wondering why it tasted old. Like solid frozen. When I go to other ones it’s made right in your face. So therefore they need to be inspected because he doesn’t know when they were made as in they could have been made 2 days ago. Fruit is soggy. Fruit looked 3 days old. I would like a refund. This was the first time of me hearing this and it’s a safety hazard and concern.

This is the worst location to go to. I came there this morning and their sign says they open at 7AM stood their for 20 minutes while the worker looks at myself and another customer. She finally comes to the door just to tell us that they won’t open until 7:30AM. I have come to this location numerous times and they are NEVER open when they say they are, the door is always locked. Even lost money twice on the mobile app because I wasn’t able to get my smoothie due to them not being open on time! Bad business.

I frequently visit Smoothie King, but I don't often go to this particular location since it's outside my usual area. Typically, if I encounter an issue at the Smoothie King on Ponce, I'll head to the nearest alternative.

On Sunday, July 28, I arrived at the Ponce location at 12:48 PM, only to be informed that they were only handling call-in orders at that time. I then drove to this location, where I found the store to be clean and welcoming, and my smoothie was made to perfection.

I've consistently had great experiences here, especially compared to the Ponce location, where I've been turned away due to either early closing or not opening on time as posted. Each time I've visited this location, even arriving as late as 30 minutes before closing, I've received excellent service.

The owner's hands-on approach is evident in the high level of service, which is reflected in the location's outstanding reviews. I hope this location continues to thrive.

I’ve gone to this smoothie king a lot in the past few months, because I just moved in down the street. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve ordered a drink and they messed up the order. I order the same thing every time and I always say no bananas. 9 times out of 10 they put bananas in it. The only time they don’t mess it up is if I put in my order in person and literally watch them make it. But for pickup orders, they always mess up.

I pre ordered 2 smoothies and can to pick it up at 8:58 the door was locked and nobody was there. They say don’t close till 9 but it just depends on when the staff feel like leaving.

Terrible service to the point I didn’t even want to order anything. Awful attitude from both girls working. Wish I could rate it lower

A few of the staff were arguing and loudly airing their grievances with management over working hours and job responsibilities. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. They got my order wrong as well, but it got lost in the chaos.

Come to this location if you want to feel like you need to say sorry after ordering; because you have the audacity to make the employees do their job.

An often overlooked feature of this location is that it has the vibe of a wet abandoned New Orleans shack after Hurricane Katrina, an added bonus for the more adventurous patrons.

If you’re lucky enough, you’ll drop by when the employee that closes the store an hour early is on the clock. This is an awesome Easter egg, because you get to feel like an idiot for thinking you could order during business hours.

If this sounds like your jam, stop on by!

I visited this store on 2 different occasions. 3/11 & 3/12. a day apart and honestly it was HORRIBLE.The smoothies we're watered down, and the service mediocre. The attitude of your worker was nonchalant at best. I honestly don't think I'll visit this particular store again.
