Placed an online order here back in August during regular business hours and when i arrived, no one was in the store and the door was locked with the interior lights on. This was in the middle of the day. Not to mention… have been trying to get the refund for the smoothies that were never received and STILL haven’t several months later. Terrible service. Terrible company. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I told myself I would NEVER return to this Smoothie King location due to past negative experiences. However, today I was in a rush before work and decided to give it another shot, hoping things had changed for the better in the months I'd been gone.

Today, I was instantly greeted by a young lady named Shan. She was incredibly welcoming, had a great attitude, and managed to get me in and out in under three minutes. This was definitely the positive experience I wish I had encountered in the past. I was even more surprised that she remembered me from a different location I frequent. Her attention to detail is very much on point.
Shan has completely changed my perception of this specific location, and I will happily be back!

I’m not sure what was wrong with the person working but he was not well. Moved at a glacial pace and couldn’t remember what he was doing. Had to remind him of the order. Smoothies had wrong ingredients.

This place continues to not open on time, leave their online ordering system available only causing massive headaches and wasted time disputing the charges. It’s really bad.

Ordered a product paid for it with my card and they didn’t have anymore bread for the peanut butter snack I ordered. The 2 employees had me waiting like 10-15 minutes before advising me he was gonna give me a refund unfortunately they didn’t know how to give me a refund I paid with a my card. This is unacceptable so I left the store without my money returned or what I ordered he gave me the managers number to call. . I’m a unsatisfied customer who left HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Even if you order ahead it takes forever. I don’t think it’s a good idea for this store to have additional items besides smoothies. Staff is not equipped and people who just was a regular smoothie suffers. I will not be coming back to this location

This location ALWAYS has this one guy working by himself and i mean all the time! The poor guy is typically drowning in customers and online orders and you end up waiting 20+ min for a smoothie

Michael has been the only employee in this busy location for 10 weeks now. He has done an amazing job, even though so can imagine it’s very stressful. He often has a long line in store plus online orders, but he gets it all done & is always nice. This man deserves a Raise & a Promotion & additional employees to help him! Go Michael!!! 👍🏻

Do not order online at this store. I placed an online order on 9/7/25, went to the store and no one was there, door locked and closed. Waste of time and money

I placed a mobile order on Sunday 8/17 and went to pick it up and the doors were locked. I filled out the feedback form but I have no idea how to get a refund as I haven't heard back. Beyond frustrating.

I keep trying to give this place a try, after going away for months but it continues to baffle me how it takes 25+ minutes to make a smoothie, every single time. I have tried ordering in person, ahead on line. Just don’t ever think you will be out of there quick. And the service is never friendly.

I am a regular at smoothie King - 4–5 times per week. However, this store has a problem being open. I just went by there to find that no one was there and the store was closed for the third time this week. Can’t they find anyone to man the store? Also, the customer service is not nearly what it once was. I would love to see things improve…

Online it says this location is open from 10-8 on Su days drove out of my way for a smoothie after a workout only for it to be closed at 11:30.
