I visited this store on 2 different occasions. 3/11 & 3/12. a day apart and honestly it was HORRIBLE.The smoothies we're watered down, and the service mediocre. The attitude of your worker was nonchalant at best. I honestly don't think I'll visit this particular store again.

Came to Smoothie King at this location for the first time this evening and Toya was AMAZING. She was cleaning when I came in, greeted me immediately, and came to take my order. She was the only employee here, gave great service, and my smoothie was perfect! I will be back to this location. Thank you, Toya!

Terrible experience; walked into the store with two other customers waiting at 11:39 10/28. The employee working says out loud “damn I am about to get irritated”. When ordering, the same employee acted as if being a patron of the business was an inconvenience to her. Extremely uncomfortable experience.

The tall gentleman has the worst attitude. Every time I go in doesn’t matter if it’s a pickup or for him to make he has the most Nastiest impatience attitude. He makes you want to throw the smoothie in his face. This is an all the time attitude doesn’t matter the time of day.

8/7/23 it stinks in this location when I walked in yesterday around 12noon it smelled like mildew and they didn’t have any straws ummm no thanks!

Smoothies were fine. Everything else was not. The store smelled like something had gone bad and the customer service was terrible. When we arrived, the two employees working there were both sitting, not making eye contact and didn’t acknowledge that we were there. It felt like they were hoping we would leave. Even after we ordered, there was no verbal acknowledgment, one employee just stood up and started making smoothies. At some point it became clear that something was wrong with our order and we were missing a smoothie (no problem, that happens esp when you don’t acknowledge that an order was even made).... but when I asked to order an additional smoothie, one of the employees got angry and asked me if I was accusing him of not understanding English (what?!). The whole experience was very bizarre …it felt like it went from 0 to 60 for no reason. When we left, my 8 year old son (who was with me) said "that was weird. let's not go back there." Couldn't agree more!Ps. I’ve reached out to the company contact info provided in the comment below and am waiting on a reply.

Picked up my acai bowl as they were finishing making it and it was still watered down. There was no acai and I also added extra toppings and didn't realize til after I had left thst they didn't add them either. Paid $18 for a bowl of fruity soup

My experience here was insulting. I came in to see 3 young children running around, one in a diaper. I ordered a smoothie and asked for a cup of ice water and sadly even gave a tip.I was informed there were no more straws, only spoons. Whatever, it happens. The demeanor from the clerk at the time was extremely rude and got worse. After receiving my smoothie, I asked for a cup of ice water. The employee acted as if I had just asked him to paint the Sistine Chapel. He began cursing as he filled a cup of water.I ignored it, and politely said thank you. The employee stated "anytime, except for next time." It was so rude I wasn't sure if I had heard him properly. He doubled down, repeated himself, and stared at me as I walked out and he sat back down. Smoothie tasted good tho.

This guy here was simply amazing. He went over and beyond to help me decide which smoothie was the one I wanted. He was so patient and nice, he deserves a raise immediately. More people like him will definitely bring business to this location. The store was clean and smelled Nice and although he was the only person working he never was upset. A real trooper.
