I do not suggest ordering from here unless u come in and watch them prepare it for u… i placed my order online for a smoothie bowl 15 minutes prior before arriving.. walked in it wasn’t prepared not only that the woman came from the back and started touching the fruits without any gloves on. Corporate was contacted… I hate to do this because when it comes to these things it’s not the owner fault. I’m sure all employees are trained when it comes to working.. and All it takes is one employee to not do their job properly. Hopefully the manager pulls employee to the side and let them know that they represent their business and that when dealing with food keeping your hands washed and with gloves on is a must.

This smoothie king is superior to other locations. They remember my order just by the site of my vehicle and it never takes more than 60 seconds to finish the transaction. Anyone who says otherwise sucks at life.

Horrible customer service this place has really went down over the years. Be happy when new management takes over things and go back the way they used to be.

Customer service ZERO. ALL THE WORKS DO IS GRUNT. The person came to the register ams said absolutely not one word. Gave me my drink after ordering, I said thank you the person said nothing..Employees if you don't like being polite and enter acting with people..Find another job...

They never open at 7 am they always open at 7:30 depending on who is working and will put a sign at the door. Very inconvenient since they are suppose to be open at 7.

Smoothies are good. But they don’t wear gloves. It’s unsanitary to dig your hands in containers with scoops with bare unwashed hands.

At the time I went in, service was quick. I was informed that there is a new app that I need to sign in in order for my number to be reactivated.I met the manager Ron, who was kind and gave me promotional discount for next times purchase.
