I had a terrible experience at this Smoothie King. The lady in purple rushed my smoothie, and it came out horrible. Another staff member was on her phone and didn’t help at all, even though the place was busy. To make things worse, they had the nerve to ask me to leave a review. I would not accept an apology—this is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this location, and management really needs to address how the staff treats customers.

I’ve had a really disappointing experience at this Smoothie King. The staff, especially a lady named Stephanie, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Every time I come in, she seems frustrated and has a bad attitude. It felt like she was intentionally making the experience unpleasant, and honestly, she didn’t even seem to know how to properly make the smoothies. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and it really ruins the visit. I hope management addresses this.

Stephanie at the Buckhead location did a wonderful job. My wife and I stopped in to get a couple of smoothies.
