My wife and I ordered smoothies here yesterday and service started off fine. While we were waiting, we noticed the staff taking priority on uber eats orders and we also noticed hair on the floor. As one of the staff members began preparing our smoothies we noticed she had long hair and it appeared to be making its way near all of the toppings/powders. Once we got home to enjoy the smoothie, we noticed it was full of ice chunks and not properly blended so we had to use a spoon. When using the spoon to take out the ice chunks and eat around the ice, I noticed hair on one of the cubes and this forced me to lose my appetite immediately. We will not be going back here.

Every time I go here, the staff, even the team captain, is always rude, unprepared, and just all around not customer or service oriented. The smoothies are obviously good because all they had to do is follow the directions on the ingredients. But it’s not worth it when every time you go in you have to wait even though there’s not a line because the staff is unprepared and don’t have anything set up properly. I hate having to come here, but it’s the one that’s closest to me. I will legitimately go out of my way to go to the one that’s further from me from now on just because of how bad it is here

Great smoothie king I actually love it but Syncere is horrible! If she didn’t want to be at work she should’ve stayed home! No customer service at all! I’ll never come back on the weekends they are more professional during the week. The other young lady working with her was working hard meanwhile Syncere moving like a snail!!

How are you out of strawberries!!! Either do a REFUND or show ONLINE you are SOLD OUT of whatever fruit the person chooses. This is beyond RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! FYI PUBLIX smoothies are CHEAPER and same size!!!! So please support the new Publix!!! You do have to walk in the store, but at least you know they have your TOPPINGS!!!! Bowls are not cheap!!!! So come CORRECT when making them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You all just want people ordering just to continue making money!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He said it was a pleasure to inconvenience the customer his exact words I would not have this boy working at my store ever. I hope he didn't make my bow because I get these all the time in this is the first time I ever got a stomach and a headache off of 1. As a boss you need to fire him. The BOY with the little head with the arch back to make his booty look bigger. But instead he looks silly. He has the gay entitlement syndrome I can be rude because I'm gay🤨
