Wasted 30 minutes of my life in line and left with no smoothie. There was only 1 person working there apparently. I was not acknowledged when entering the shop. I stood in line and the girl at the counter was busy in the register and never took my order. Then she just left

The smoothie made at this location did not have the authentic smoothie king taste..it was watery and diluted in flavor.

Service took forever, this one tall older male worker always smells like tobacco or Mary Jane I can’t stand it and I love coming here. I don’t find it appropriate for workers to be smelling like Mary Jane on the job. Think he might have just got done doing it right before I came in, this occurred several times. Also have seen him smoking in front of the store maybe even selling or being sold to not too sure on that. I also believe the manager Catrina was maybe in a rush to leave these few times I came in because she tends to be very rushy and cutting me off when taking my order. Overall I’ve had better experiences here than other few locations which is why I come here, I just really hope this one isn’t turning out like others.

The customer service was really nice and very honest.
Probably the WORST customer experience I’ve ever experienced. The workers have the WORST attitude and are rude to everyone.. ON TOP OF taking an insane amount of time to get any smoothies made. This is my second time coming as I thought I’d give it a second chance.. but thoroughly disappointed and it wasn’t just me.. everyone else waiting for their smoothies were talking about how rude the girls were working there. *Keep in mind this is coming from someone who is super nice to all customer service workers and was nice to the lady at the cashier but she was immediately rude to me and cutting me off from the bat.
