Completely inedible. The cashier was so unprofessional and did not know any of the menu items. Asked for a peanut butter drizzle and got globs of peanut butter topping.

Been there 3x now. Each time the worker were unprofessional when taking your order and at payment. The smoothies at this location taste terrible. I'm not sure they know how to mix them correctly. Three strikes and they don't get a 4th shot. I love Smoothie King but this location is not it. Briarcliff is my next stop

Pulled up to a windows, nine there but me. After 3 or 4 minutes, the worker, a young lady instructed me to place the order on the speaker. I said there isn’t one. She pointed me to a speaker that wasn’t there. I asked, ‘ are you able to just take my order?’. She said J must order via the speaker. I left. What sense does that make? She could have just took my order and remind me to sue the ‘speaker’ in the future.

I pulled to the speaker and keep it moving. These folk, especially my young Black folk have no clue… make you wonder why some of our people turn out this way…. The rating is solely on this person only and not the location.

Usually we love coming to smoothie king. There are a couple locations we often visit. Had a bad experience at the one on Buford Hwy (#1240). The lady in the drive thru could not hardly hear us, and we could not hardly hear her either. We told her we would pull forward and repeat our order. She instead ignored us and took two other orders first while we waited in front of her. Then she told us we have to pull back around and re order. We asked if she could just take our order there since we waited so long already but she would not let us. We would have just nixed the entire idea of having smoothies but had our two toddlers in the car and did not want them to be upset if they did not get their smoothies.

While visiting from Texas, I stopped by this small drive-thru location not far from the highway. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

Not only was my order incorrect, but when I asked the employee to repeat it, she refused and said she would confirm it at the window. When I arrived at the window, my order was still wrong, and the drink had already been made. The employee with bond locks had a terrible attitude, dirty hands, and a filthy uniform.

When I inquired about Apple Pay, she said they accepted it but then attempted to take my phone inside, claiming the cord didn’t extend outside.

Please give employees customer service training or hire more friendly people. The young lady with locks that was working on 1/12 at 3:00 had the funkiest, nastiest “I don’t want to be bothered with you” attitude we never wanted to see. It was so bad that we decided not to get the smoothies we originally were going to order. We didn’t want her making our smoothies ………that negative energy transferred to our smoothies. She needs a job where she NOT dealing with the public. PLEASE let your employees know how important it is to be pleasant and nice to customers. Otherwise it will drive away your business.
