Service and ambiance were excellent. The whitefish was good with curry sauce. The Thai noodles lacked flavor a bit, but I added hot chili sauce to it so it popped. I'm going back because Thai is my favorite cuisine, and I need to try out more dishes.
The ambience is great as well as the service! They offer an assortment of fresh oysters from the east and west coast that are delicious. Pictured below is the lobster and crab rice, oyster platter and dragon fruit mocktail.
The restaurant ambiance and decor were beautiful and inviting. Down to the dishes, dinnerware, lighting, and furniture. Most of the dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious.
However, one of my friends' meals was a disaster. She got the special of the day; the Red Snapper. It was not seasoned and had absolutely NO flavor. The restaurant has a no return, no substitution policy on their menu, but we did not see that disclosure on the menu. For $78, any meal, if not prepared properly, should be made over or switched out for something else.
The manager was horrible and unhelpful. Our server provides lackluster service. The meal was eventually removed from our ticket, but not before we argued with the manager for 30 minutes. After going back and forth, the manager brought out his chef and made him apologize to my friend, and essentially, he was forced to pay for the meal out of his pay to ensure my friend did not have to pay for her under seasoned $78 meal.
The manager essentially made the chef pay for the meal when the restaurant should have absorbed the cost of their meal prep error. It is absolutely horrible, and we will never patronize this establishment again!!!
This will be my review based upon coming when it was 2 ppl in the restaurant VS 40 ppl. I spent almost 3 hours here and only had 2 drinks. Each drink took at least 20 mins to come. My pad Thai taste as if it was tossed in Thai chili sauce w/ a pinch of soy. My lobster that came w/ it, taste as if it was on the verge of going bad. My brother ordered crab fried rice w/ shrimp, and they brought the shrimp out 30 mins before the entree came out. When the rice came out, it had the cold shrimp that was previously brought out 30 mins prior. When i brought it to someone’s attention, they offered to take thee shrimp off the plate and bring more, which would’ve been another 30-45 min wait. My first visit had me late for a meeting, because i was begging for my tab and to pay. They went along w/ the “our system is down” thing, but after 30 mins, that’s just not a me problem. I will not be returning. It’s always a wait and some sort of issue. This WAS NOT a $400 experience.
We had a lovely late dinner, and we didn't feel rushed even though we arrived at their last reservation time. The food and service were great.
The Manager Tu was extremely accommodating! I will return thanks to his excellent customer service 🩷 the food and drinks are also 10/10!!!
My date and I sat at the bar on a Monday evening and were the only ones there but the bartender/Server Keryn never once came back to check on us acting like she was so busy. My pad Thai entree tasted microwaved. I had better pad Thai from Trader Joe’s 😂 Since she never came back I couldn’t get any dinner because my date finished his food and the kitchen was apparently closed.
Absolutely terrible service. The drink also tasted like straight tequila and I couldn’t drink that either.
Don't walk RUN to this little gem. I cannot speak for the rest of the food or the atmosphere b/c this was takeout. but if you do nothing else, make sure you try the Crispy Fish Green Curry and if you're feeling a little extra greedy dive on into that damn creme brulee. (Mind you I'm trying to not cuss as I write this because it was that darn good)!!!! I scarfed down the fish on my lunch break and let me assure you, the flavors are amazing, the fish was perfectly cooked, the curry was spicy but not too spicy. I had to look around as I was eating b/c I was scraping my container and was fighting the urge to not lick the last of it. You need to bottle that sauce. I didn't eat the creme brulee until I got home and because it was bagged separately, I didn't see it until then. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! and I mean that. I tasted wonderful with fresh fruit but they added on the gold flakes / dust and just wow! I'm always disappointed with this dish at other places b/c its usually not packaged well but this was sooo amazing! Great job!!!
This night was me and my Husband 5yr anniversary. So we were expecting top tier service from this great place. However,Our server Karen wasn’t very hospitable.. She Wasn’t very enthusiastic, even with us sharing that it was our special day. Seems as if her focus were more on the party that she also served. She could’ve gotten a tip bigger than what the party had left , just off of kindness.Things like this could really hinder a restaurant. The food and atmosphere was great though!!! Maybe she wasn’t having the best day. However,Tou best bartender.!!!!

I will never eat here again.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered the fish special based on the waiter’s recommendation—he described it as a delicately seasoned, standout dish. What I received was the complete opposite. The fish was dry, bland, and lacked even basic seasoning. For $80, I expected much better. I took one bite and immediately knew it wasn’t worth eating.
I asked the waiter to return it to the kitchen. At no point was I informed that returning the dish would still result in me being charged for it. Had I known, I never would’ve ordered something else. Instead, I unknowingly requested another dish, thinking the first was taken care of.
When the bill arrived, both meals were on it, bringing our total to over $200. Naturally, I questioned this. The waiter simply omitted the refund policy when taking the fish away, and the manager—when finally called—stumbled through excuses rather than owning up to the poor communication and customer service.
This was a terrible experience. A restaurant with this price point should prioritize transparency, service, and quality. Instead, I left feeling unheard, overcharged, and deeply dissatisfied. My advice?
DO NOT order the fish. And better yet, DO NOT eat here at all.
The food the ambiance and the server Mui was absolutely amazing! Thank you for everything
No complaints, everything we had from the drinks to the appetizers and food was great. Especially loved the lobster bisque. Everyone was friendly, the hostess, the manager and our server.
My bestie and I visited Snap a few weeks ago while I was scouting spots for my birthday dinner party. It was early in the week, so it wasn’t too busy—which gave us the perfect chance to really enjoy the vibe. The place is absolutely beautiful, the service was top-tier, and the food? Incredible. I didn’t hesitate to book my birthday dinner before we even left.
I originally made a reservation for 9 people, but the night of the dinner, it ended up being 14. The restaurant didn’t even flinch—they were super accommodating. Our server, Steven, was amazing! He handled everything with such ease and a great attitude.
If you’re thinking about trying Snap Thai—do it. You won’t be disappointed!
We had a great time on Valentine’s Day. They had a pre fixed menu so we’ll have to go back to try more things but the food was delicious. The wine was great. Lobster bisque was good too.
