They run out of food items, and reservations don't mean anything to them. Had to wait 26 mins after reservation time. Not organized at all and they sat people before us that got here after. Restaurant was not full, they sat us at a table that was open when we arrived. We spent 35 mins at this restaurant before drink order was taken. If I walked up like most people, I wouldn't have had an issue with time, but Sooze offers reservations and I noticed people that walked up after we got here be seated before us.

The GM was AMAZING!! The server did not want to serve us because the store was closing early ( we were not aware of this) . He sat us back down and told us to enjoy ourselves and take our time ! Also my food did not come out right , so the GM went and cooked it again himself and gave me a $25 gift card . Thank you for an amazing experience :) The hospitality was a 10/10

The environment here is clean and the decor is super cute and pleasant. Staff were attentive, kind, and friendly, and the food well made, affordable, and definitely not lacking in portion size. Would recommend!

My food was not really that good. The bacon was inedible, it was rubbery and oily. The toast was ehh and didn’t provide any jelly. The grits and eggs were the only thing that was pretty good. I wouldn’t eat here again.

The service here is legitimately too-tier, no hyperbole. The hostess and waitress both noticed the portion on a dishwasher as too small and brought out a proper-sized meal at no extra charge --aee you kidding me?! Def give this place a shot if you haven't already

Visited for their sweet potato pancakes, but they were out of the caramel sauce, so I didn't get the full experience I wanted. My server Sitan was patient & very welcoming, I only stayed because I wanted to tip her.
I ordered the pancake signature flight for $13.75 (6/10), chicken sausage $4.25 (3/10 it was dry) & the bread pudding French Toast w/ pecans for $13.95 (don't do it, dry & the flavor lacked). I think creating a meal that includes the chicken sausage & pancakes with an egg or 2 would be nice & cost effective for customers.
I plan to give them another try because I truly want to try the sweet potato pancakes... wish me luck.
