The food is good. Now let's talk service. The service I've received has been exceedingly poor. I've ordered there for my coworkers a few times. This is the third time that they have either 'run out of food' or 'closed' after my order has been placed and the money received. I've called and I spoke to someone once...who relayed that they had run out of food, at 8am in the morning. Okay.... other times they just let the phone ring. Today's order was my last from this company. Once placed, the order was accepted and I received the "they're working on it" notification. Then they sent me an "update order" option because they didn't have any of those food items. As I'm updating, the store closes. So now my coworkers and I have to wait for the money to be restored to my account. This 'restaurant ' is ridiculous. What restaurant, dinner, or food stall runs out of food first thing in the morning? Order at your own risk.... it'll be kicked back more times then not.

I placed an order through their online ordering service just to arrive to the restaurant just to see that they are closed until Friday... Now I have an almost $40 dollar meal tied up.....UPDATE: The restaurant is still closed and I’ve contacted support as requested and I was advised the order is still waiting to be accepted or declined by the store and that they can tissue a refund, I’m at the store right now and it is still closed, When will the store reopen so that I can either get my food i’ve been waiting for or a refund, please let me know

This restaurant is my preferred one. I visit a lot of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The stuff is very warm and the cuisine they cook is so good. I would always prefer to have a good dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

We came to this restaurant for a meeting. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, it was very nice. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Highly recommended.

This was my first time ordering something and I must say I was impressed. The online ordering was easy and the food was really good. I ordered the breakfast platter (grits, eggs, bacon and a biscuit). Everything was A1!! So good that I am going back for lunch.. Lol Stay tuned for the lunch menu critique. ; )
