I’m not one to complain or take the time to review a business unless it is to compliment the service or say something outstanding, but my experience with you guys was so sorry that I couldn’t help it.

Reduce wait time, increase communication and customer service, increase consistency in both the level of customer service and the preparation of menu items. Management at this location is seriously lacking. Last three visits: Shakes - no whipped cream or Cherries. Shakes - no fruit and consistency (thickness of milk) after complaining to management replacement even worse. Shakes - after 30 min wait, watery, replaced still watery! ....Sheesh!
