Evelyn at the front desk was very helpful, kind and patient. I was having a hard time ordering online and she guided through every step so I wouldn’t get frustrated and walk out without ordering. she explained the system and I got my food right away.
It is a shame I couldn’t tip, this was the reason my order wouldn’t go through.

Barely any chilli or cheese on my footlong coney. Every other sonic covers it with chilli and cheese but i got more hot dog than anything. Oh, and barely any nerds in my slushie too

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order food from here. It is rare that I come across food that I literally cannot eat. But, my partner and I ordered burgers from here expecting the Sonic burgers we both love so much, and we could NOT have been more disappointed or disgusted. The burgers we received were not Sonic burgers, nor were they edible. We literally took one bite, spit it out, and threw them in the trash. The tots and chicken tenders were equally foul. I don’t know what this is, but it is not an establishment that should be selling food. Save your money and your stomach.
