about time my I shared my experience not only as a customer for as an employee. This is the most disgusting restaurant you could possibly eat at you. Don't even want to know what's on that grill when your burgers are being cooked. Everybody walks around high in there and no employee washes their hands. I've worked there for a year and a half and I seen the horrors believe me when I tell you you are better off going to McDonald's at the price point this food is at.

I went here on my lunch break, asked for no onions on my burger, drove all the way back to work and burger piled with onions. Drove back, the cook obviously was trying to be funny and piled lettuce on the second burger. They asked to remake it atp I just wanted my money back. Then the gave me a partial refund

Very slow service every time. Last visit at drive thru they said they were backed up and only serving drinks, no food. But it was not very busy and when I pulled up to pay a minute later, they were taking full orders with food from people parked in stalls.

They gave the wrong order 3 times then to add insult to injury they gave my husband and I a blast with peanut butter in it even though I never ordered anything with peanut butter. Very dangerous food handling practices. Called corporate and still waiting for a manager at this location to call me back and issue my refund since September 6th. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize this location they do not care about food safety much less customer service. Good thing I caught that they kept putting peanut butter in my husband’s blast because I’d probably be a widow because of their lack of food safety.

Where do I start with this Sonic location?
This is one of the newer Sonic locations in the Atlanta area, so my expectations were slightly higher than usual—though, to be fair, Sonic doesn’t exactly have high standards to begin with. Unfortunately, the service here was terrible. The only thing done correctly was taking the order.

After ordering, we sat at the drive-thru window for about 20 minutes waiting on our food. During that time, we witnessed employees inside touching one another, clearly distracted and not focused on food preparation. No gloves were worn while handling food or beverages. At one point, I even saw a worker scoop a milkshake that had spilled down the side of a cup back into it—with their bare hands.

As for the food itself, it was another disappointment. Our meals were delivered cold to the touch. The buns weren’t toasted, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the burger was drowned in ketchup. The fries were also cold. The only item served warm was the order of poppers. I drove back around to request a replacement burger, only to be handed one that was still below room temperature with unmelted cheese.

I won’t be returning to this location, and I strongly suggest you don’t either. It’s a shame that Sonic’s quality has declined this badly—McDonald’s now offers more consistency and higher standards than they do.

I had a problem with my order and unlike most restaurants, fast food restaurants they really don’t care. But in this case, Colin, the manager took my complaint seriously and rectified the issue. Now that is great customer service.

Someone in corporate needs to intervene and train the kids working here! Took over 20 minutes to even get our order taken, then over an hour of waiting after we paid to still not get our food. We had to call in through the menu button twice, speak to a worker in the parking lot, then actually walk to the drive through doors to get our small order handed to us. Our food was cold and stale, and there was a random extra item thrown in…we should have taken the random bag of food they tried to bring us as we were pulling in initially before we ordered.
There looked to be about 4-6 people working there, but only one person was working the pull up area and only seemed to appear every 10 minutes to slowly walk to a car and then shuffle back in all black with a hoodie. When I mentioned to a young lady we were waiting over an hour and I had spoken to the young man a while ago who said he was just about to grab our food and then hadn’t returned going on 30 minutes, she turned away from me to tell him “it’s okay, you’re the only one out there.” As someone who worked in a similar environment as a teen, these kids have had no customer service training! They need to know if an area is struggling to allocate their resources there and apologize to customers, not turn their backs on them to reassure their slow-moving coworkers!
