We waited a whole hour for 2 blasts at the drive in stations, the only reason we received our items is because we went in the drive through line! They were giving people their items that came after us. The staff was very rude and unconcerned didn’t want to accommodate us for the long wait. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

Slowest sonic IN ALL OF ATLANTA . I’ve been sitting here 40 minutes & they are ONLY working the drive thru . NOBODY at the stalls ! I’ve heard two other people press the red buttons to tell them they haven’t gotten their food either ! When you press the button to follow up they don’t say anything . The design looks good & it is cool … but what about the workers ? Service sucks ! ??????????

Boyfriend & I have been several times since this location opened and each time we are disappointed. Today, I was post-op and had been fasting for the last 36 hours and I just wanted a milkshake and cheesesticks. After waiting almost 30 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER, we get our food. Boyfriend’s pickle fries are cold, my milkshake is already melted and wrong, his burger is lackluster and everything in the bag looks like it was just thrown in. This visit to the Roswell Rd. Sonic sobered me because of how bad it was. No matter what time of day don’t even bother mobile ordering. Staff need to be retrained or have a visit from corporate or something because the only time we seem to get the correct food and presentation is when Inspire is involved.

Just don't waste your time. Every time I've gone to this store there is an issue. Over an hour and still waiting for an order, can't cook the food properly. The people working there don't care because management doesn't care. I've tried to go back after a few months to see if they finally got it together but it's always the same story. Love sonic but this location is wasted, it should be closed.

The meat was over cooked yet it was a cold burger, I should have taken a picture! This was around 2pm..On the other hand we went later that night for some shakes and those were good!

Worst sonic ever. We tried it couple of times and there was always an issue with my food. I’m not the one to say anything but the last time was enough. I order a cheesy bacon stack and I got a small breakfast patty with cheese. I was so mad. It was the thinnest patty with one slice of cheese. I didn’t go back because I was on my way home and there was a lot of traffic to go back. Never again will I go back. I don’t recommend to anyone. Go to chick fil a next door or somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here.
I tried to give this place a shot more then 5 times now every order and every time I came here they’ll get the order wrong and drinks will be so watered down I’m sorry but there is something wrong going on with management there that needs to be issued it’s ridiculous that not once that I came here they got the order right or even tasted slightly delightful for fast food.

I can't even rate the food because my order was never taken . I pulled into a stall and was placed on hold. I say and waiting for 15 mins while cars were helped in the drive thru. I was never helped and was ignored by staff.. I love coming to Sonic because I used to work at one but I see service has really changed over the years... Will not be coming back
