If I could I would give 0 stars. To start the manager is very unprofessional. I came around 11:30pm. He was roller skating around with no since of urgency. We could only pickup our door dash order from the drive thru. We didn't know. So we went to the drive up and pushed the button. They didn't even answer it. Made us wait and then came to the car window asking us How did we get to the button? Made us go through the drive thru instead of just giving us our order. We waited over 20 minutes with at least 4 cars leaving without there food. They really need to do better and get better management.

The lady was so rude to me and has always been a problem whenever we go she has a bull ring and Crazy looking hair and is overall just rude. i don’t want to go here anymore because of the service.

Every single time I come here the wait is over 30 mins and no one seems to care. Everytime single time I only order a slush. It makes no sense to wait over 30 mins for a slush
They close, before the weather, they treat you badly when they ask if it has already closed because they close an hour earlier than they say they are going to close in the application and on the website.

I hate adding a sucky review, but hopefully these reviews are prompting leadership to address things.
First time at this Sonic after a city center visit. 2 hotdogs took over 10 mins. Pretzel was tasty (I'll get it again) but I realized that I was shorted a cheese dip. Cheddar peppers were okay, and I was missing the ranch. They did bring me a cup of water when I asked, so I gave another star for service. Not really flocking back to this place anytime soon.

This store is hired by some rude people. I was trying to order a meal and they kept switching people in the middle of it when I ask them about a drink I was trying to get. I asked if they could stop switching, which have me start my order all over again, this man proceeds to get smart with me by ignoring me and continuously repeating “May I help you”. Extremely disrespectful attitude I was given.
Seeing how many 1 stars this location received though, they obviously don’t care. I’m just adding my review to add on to it and make it worse. This location is filled with unhappy people and it shows lol.

It is truly the slowest fast-food you’ll ever find, and if you order from a stall, good luck getting the correct order.

about time my I shared my experience not only as a customer for as an employee. This is the most disgusting restaurant you could possibly eat at you. Don't even want to know what's on that grill when your burgers are being cooked. Everybody walks around high in there and no employee washes their hands. I've worked there for a year and a half and I seen the horrors believe me when I tell you you are better off going to McDonald's at the price point this food is at.

I went here on my lunch break, asked for no onions on my burger, drove all the way back to work and burger piled with onions. Drove back, the cook obviously was trying to be funny and piled lettuce on the second burger. They asked to remake it atp I just wanted my money back. Then the gave me a partial refund
