I had a problem with my order and unlike most restaurants, fast food restaurants they really don’t care. But in this case, Colin, the manager took my complaint seriously and rectified the issue. Now that is great customer service.

If you're the move for some fast food, this is the place to go. However, the service is trying. They were out of different items and also when it gets later the evening. I understand. I used to work in fast food services but either they shut the grill down early or they don't have enough items on hand. So they were out of certain things I was looking for and also that particular night the staff was kind of in a tizzy. I would say maybe due to other customer service issues....

I was visiting from charlotte for the breezy bowl, even though it took a very long time and was short staff, DEREK was a go getter, running the uber orders, doing drive through, coaching new staff, taking walk up orders and fixing messed up or missing orders , this guy was like super man that night and I’m sure other nights too, definitely promote Derek of all people !!!!
