I decided to check this restaurant out for the first time because the food look really good on their site and it has some good reviews. First, I would like to say customer service was excellent. I must admit, at first when pulling up to the restaurant it seemed a little sketchy. But once inside Cashier Ashley was very nice and helpful. I ordered the smoked deep fried turkey wings w/Mac cheese, fried chicken wings, collard greens and cornbread dressing as well as peach cobbler. Everything tasted great. Food blew me away, especially the yams and Mac and cheese. And the vegan black eye peas! Chef Hoyt really has a talent for flavors and you can tell he puts his whole heart into what he does.
