Great place if you are visiting the History Center or Cyclorama. Food is very good but the menu is confusing. Just ask one of the friendly staff and they will walk you through it.

I can say that they are the best organic and healthy places that I have eaten, you can feel the quality of the freshness of the food, thank you very much for such good service as well.

$4 for corn bread and $9 for an ice cream sandwich. What a ripoff.

Farm to tablet great food in this location and others. Priced right on!! Outdoor seating as well alway with a garden vibe. Children welcome. Closes at 4pm in most location. A must stop for lunch. Every day different delicious ? soups. I haven't tried one that I didn't like. Some food items also ready to finish cooking at home.

Parking: It's inside The Atlanta Museum and Gardens

WAY overrated. There's always a long line here, so when I visit the museum, I usually go to the entirely much classier and CHEAPER full-service restaurant right around the corner, the Swan Coach House. Souper Jenny's turkey chili was so salty that the salt overwhelmed any other hint of flavor. A decent soup and salad for $18 (they say it includes other perks, but that's either a can of Coke or Fresca, plus a small roll and a cookie...) The bill should have been $36 for two "pick two" meals, but on my bank account, I was billed $45! Perhaps the worst part of all is the ambiance. It looks great from the entrance, but once you're inside, if you can find a place to sit at all, it's among people either roaming and talking loudly over others who are seated, or it's a couple of dozen squatters working on laptops! These people didn't even come for the museum, so why are they hogging all the space?!? Seriously, for an infinitely more elegant and CALM experience (I'm talking cloth napkins and tablecloth) that COSTS LESS, take your party right around the corner to the Swan Coach House. Careful, it's not open on Sundays. And no, I have zero affiliation with that place and don't know anyone personally who works there. Just a fan of the Atlanta History Museum.

I must say this place is good. However the prices are outrageous. The food is good, sometimes it can be hit or miss. However for the price of the meals you would expect it to be organic or a little more protein. The location is a pain during lunchtime due to parking. Back in the day this place was awesome and food never failed…. When they started letting the employees contribute to the meal plan is when some of the dishes because sub par. The portions of protein in the food items started to decrease—- and replaced by cheeper vegetables. By promoting the peanut butter company, jam and bread I am sure they are able to swing a major discount.-Sometimes the sandwiches are soggy —-and bread is dry —-Plus only one stamp per person —- I have order multiple meals at once for my office 7-10 per time …. still only one stamp on multiple meals that’s ridiculous. Each meal should get a stamp…I have mix reviews on this .

Souper Jenny is the best! I love that this location is so close to where I live, and the staff is so friendly, warm and amazing. And of course the soups and other menu items are always on point.

Not impressed. Everything was bland and under-seasoned. Had the turkey meatloaf sandwich and mushroom noodle soup. Way too much mushroom, not enough of the other ingredients, had to dump the salt and pepper packets into it and it still didn’t help. Overcrowded early Friday afternoon and there was a terribly long line / wait just to eat underwhelming, mediocre food.

I’ve been going to the west side location for 7 years or however long it’s been open there. Today I’m fed up!. The consistent lack of responsibility when it comes to describing what’s in the food is horrible. I am allergic to nuts, cranberries, apples, etc etc etc the list goes on. I diligently read the menu. Today once again the salad had nuts and cranberries yet the email and label on the window said otherwise. Jenny, you and your staff should do better. Extremely better. No one has time for hospital visits because you can simply list MAIN ingredients in a dish.

I’m looking forward to fall/winter to enjoy these soups more. This location is exceptionally cool. Lots of space and activity going on with the brash coffee and Atlanta history museum attached.Staff is always super nice and patient with folks who want to sample the soups or need something explained.I also think it’s a crazy good value. For $20 w/ tax- a bowl of soup, side bread, sandwich, cookie, fruit and drink is a lot of food

Delicious food, generous portions and great customer service! They have lots of vegetarian options which we appreciate, and the location in the History Center is really cool. Great cookies too!

Vegetarian options: Really wide menu of veggie and vegan options, including white bean soup, vegetable soup and avocado hummus wrap.

I have been going to Jennys for years but my last 3 times, the soup has been so salty that it is inedible. I have to doctor with vinegar to relieve the saltiness, which totally takes the orig taste of the soup away. I have wasted quite a bit of money there lately and am disappointed in this awful new fondness for way over-salted soups.
