I typically love Souper Jenny- I usually go to the one in the history center (which is where I will go in the future). Came at 3:25 on a Saturday, and they told us it was to-go only…don’t bother listing hours open til 4 if it’s not really open?

So disappointing. People were very nice and service was good. Place was clean and atmosphere was shabby chic ish. A little drab but ok. Soup and other were just not good. Too much sugar in both the soups we got. 2 salads and both were just blah at best. 1 was in edible. It feels like this place is just on auto pilot and probably has some recipe creep going on. Needs an overhaul and a refresh all around. Most disappointing however was the attitude about organic. They have a regenerative organic farm in back but when we asked if anything was organic the person at counter said nothing is organic and they cant possibly be an organic restaurant. They cant even have organic ingredients because there are too many locations and they all cook their own food. This is ridiculous and this feels like hypocrisy since they try to shownoff their organic 1 acre urban farm. ¹if any menu could be organic this is it. Soup and salad and wraps. So easy yo be organic and only a little more expensive for ingredients. Won't be going back and recommend management take a hard look at themselves and try to luve their values. Try to lead the way. Try to helpful get out of this pesticide stew we live in. And make better soup for those who don't care about pesticides and herbicides and who decide to eat here in spite of the health ramifications which anyone can research at this point.

great place to stumble upon with delicious soup/sandwiches and they donate with every bowl of chili to families that are in need. Love a place that does community work while serving up good food. 2 of us could even split 1 lunch combo and both be satisfied

A good friend of mine insisted we try souper jennie. I’m so happy we got a chance to experience this wonderful place! Now this is my favorite place! I love fresh food! The soup and sandwich combo is a great way to have lunch! It comes with a drink, cookie, and fresh fruit. We sat out side on the patio with its rustic tables & chairs! You can also take a stroll around their gardens and meet farmer Jeff. He is very friendly! Everyone here is very polite and friendly! I’ll be going to the garden 101 class this spring. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s from a Greatfull store ✨💫

I always have such a wonderful experience at Souper Jenny! It’s the perfect place to enjoy a simple yet delicious bowl of soup while having easy, pleasant conversations in a cheerful atmosphere. It truly feels like a meal made with love, just like something a family would lovingly prepare for you. Every visit is a reminder of how comforting good food and great company can be!

I get to a Souper Jenny as often as I can. Fabulous FRESH food. You can taste the difference. Everyone that works at Souper Jenny is top level with care for their customers. A gentleman was in front of me and had a huge order, two large containers of each soup, some sandwiches and salads all to go. They took the time to label everything and pack it very well in boxes for him. They also did this very quickly knowing others were in line. Nobody had to wait long. Come to find out it was for his sick wife for her to eat for the week. Rest assured, you are getting the best food when you go to Souper Jenny and will be treated right!
