Top-tier professionalism. Excellent company. I am TOTALLY obsessed with their vegan menu! All the other dishes are amazing as well, but what can I say, I love my veggies especially when they have chefs like they do preparing them. You won’t be disappointed.

I have been using Southern Meal Prep for almost 2 months now. I have enjoyed the team and the food that was presented to me. I appreciated being able to customize the macros, which was particularly helpful for my nutritionist and me. I was able to get in the amount of veggies, carbs, and protein needed without having to add extra things like I used to for other meal plans. The communication with this group is also excellent.

Southern Meal Prep and the team are undeniably the best meal prep team in the game. Five star meals from breakfast to lunch and dinner. Quick response time and can build each meal specifically on your wants and goals. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for meal prep!

Really solid experience overall. The food is great — fresh, flavorful, and with a good amount of variety, so it never gets boring. Communication has always been easy, and the team is responsive and flexible. It’s also been a really nice way to stay consistent with my nutrition and not have to stress about meal prep during busy weeks. Highly recommend.

5 ⭐️ meal prep service!! We've been using SMP for about 2 months now. I intentionally wanted to wait to give my review to make sure we had the full experience.

First and foremost- the food is DELICIOUS!! This is probably the longest we've stayed on with a meal prep company. We have busy full lives with long work hours, a toddler, and all while trying to get in shape. Mindful food prep was all a bit much for us.

SMP taken the guess work out of lunch and dinner, and the best part is the plans are completely tailored to our personal goals and eating preferences. My husband is a pescatarian and I eat whatever. They've been able to keep the meals interesting (as much as meal prep can be, lol) for both of our palettes and weight loss goals. Our toddler even devours the meals when we don't have time to cook her specific meals. Pickup from one of the 20+ locations they offer is so convenient and they are always on time. SMP has made this busy Mom and Dad's lives a whole lot simpler.

On top of the delicious food- their Customer service is impeccable! The owner is so responsive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. He walked hubby and I through our goals and got us suited with plans that fit each of our distinct needs.

What sets SMP apart from other meal prep companies we've tried is that somehow they have managed to prioritize FLAVOR along with the macros! Hallelujah! That's been the main reason we've always ended our subscriptions at other companies, but at SMP they've consistently been flavorful and delightful. Of course you have your favorites- (hint: THE SALMON!) and some things you just may not prefer, but overall 10 out of 10!

Been using them for over a year. Great quality meals, consistently delivered in high quality packaging. Lots of variety. They adjust meal macros effortlessly, but the best part: i travel a lot, and they are so easy to work with when I'm heading out of town for a week or month!

As someone who has a very busy schedule, being able to have fresh meals ready is a must. These guys did just that. Not only that, but the meals taste a lot better than I was expecting! Very tasty, very affordable, convenient. You literally can’t lose with those qualities. If you’re thinking about trying a meal prep service, these guys are IT!

Just getting started with these folks, I’ve got friends that are using and I’ve tasted the food. Very good. People are extremely cooperative and helpful very professional and I’m certainly looking forward to a long relationship with them.

Southern Meal Prep is awesome! The food is really good and great quality. Menu changes with different varieties, so don't get bored eating same thing over and over. This really helps with my schedules and weight loss journey...Justin, my account manager is always is helpful with questions or making adjustments to my plan. Southern Meal Prep is by far the best meal prep company I’ve used! The food is delicious, the portions are completely customizable, and they can accommodate just about any and all dietary restriction / preference which is unlike any of the other meal prep companies. The staff is incredible, always willing to work with you and create an individualized plan, which is very different from big-box meal prep companies. The food quality is top-notch, and so are the prices. I cannot recommend them enough!
