If I had any question, comments or concerns, Justin would immediately reply and happily help me with everything. I don’t usually write reviews but with service like this, you take the time to do it!! Try them out, the prices are reasonable!

I don’t have any wellness goals I just wanted to clean up my diet and not have to think about it. Super convenient, good meals, good variety. Great for people who work a lot.

Since the referral, customer service has been outstanding. It all began with a personal call from the owner, Derek, who shared his story and the company's vision before diving into our dietary preferences.

The meals are just the right size, healthy, and satisfying without leaving us feeling overstuffed. With a fair amount of customization and a variety of protein options, the meals are prepared differently each week. We have not had a repeat meal yet.

Overall, it's an excellent option for busy professionals looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle while also cutting down on cooking time!

I found southern meal prep via google search! I inquired about the services and was surprised that a real live person called me to discuss what my dietary restrictions were! They covered all aspects of the plan to make sure that I was comfortable with moving forward, and received food items I liked! It’s super easy to adjust your meal plan via text! All my meals have been great. Pick up time is consistent and if there are any issues the team is great at communicating them! This local company puts a lot of heart into their business and it does not go unnoticed!

Best meal prep out there. I’ve shopped a lot of them and nobody truly customizes the meals to you like Southern. They do a consultation with you to understand your current body comp and what results you’re looking to get so that the macros of each meal can be customized to you. If you work with a trainer that’s telling you what your daily macros need to be, they’ll make every meal to keep you on plan.

I absolutely love their meals! When I open my meal box, I can see the hard work and effort they have put in thinking through - from ingredients to taste. Just started my meal prep with this company. Has been incredibly convenient to be able to have meal preps ready to go and the food tastes amazing. Plan on sticking with this company for a long while, plus the meals aren’t expensive like a lot of other meal prep companies. Each meal is tailored for you to hit your goals, would recommend to everyone!

I am so glad I found Southern Meal Prep! They catered to my macro needs, which are pretty specific. The food is high quality and tasty. It reheats really well and I love the variety of meats I get in my meals per week. I have been using them for about 6 months and don’t anticipate stopping anytime soon!

Southern Meal Prep was initially a Way to encourage my teenage son to eat a healthy meal. It has grown to assist both of us in enhancing our training. The meals are delicious and takes the decision on how to prepare a healthy meal of my plate (LOL)
