These guys and gals are awesome. They work with you on your meals. Due to my job and schedule I have large blocks of time off. They work with me so that when I am off, my meals are paused and when I go back I have my meals. The food is awesome. I have not had a bad meal in my rotation. 100 %worth the cost without the hassle of Sunday meal preps at the house.
Southern Meal Prep has done a fantastic job with their business. I was looking for a good meal prep service where the food wasn’t being shipped to me frozen. These guys are the real deal! My wife and I have been using their service for the past few months and they’ve gone out of their way to accommodate all of our dietary needs. Derek has been great to talk to about getting our macros right and their recipes are always good.
