I came here the night before Valentine’s Day. The food was excellent as always. The bartender DID NOT make our experience enjoyable at all. We sat at the bar and this man acted like we weren’t supposed to ask for anything. No smile, no name, no eating utensils. No apologyfor said unprovided utensils, and after we requested the food to be warmed since it arrived cool, no apology just a look of apathy. Not once did he ask us if we wanted another drink, so we had drinks somewhere else. Just an overall bad experience for my date who had never been here before.

Worst Behavior Tour
My only complaint is that they put ICE in the Thai Tea to go. By the time I get it thru UberEats, it's all watered down. There should be no ice in the to go tea even if it means it looks like less tea. This is a waste of my $6.50.

The food itself was good, but the service really missed the mark during our visit. We didn't get water refills unless we specifically asked, and even simple items like lemons and straws took multiple requests before they finally arrived. At one point we were asked if we wanted the check even though we hadn't received our main meal yet. When the food did come out, it wasn't hot. They were not busy at the time.
Maybe the server was just having an off night, but overall the service didn't meet expectations.

Food is good, but the portion size is small. Also be careful where you step going into the restaurant, I came very close to stepping in dog poop a few feet from the entrance! Gross me out, I probably won’t return because of that .

We had a great server, the food was good, and the atmosphere was great to have conversation (no loud music and such)
We enjoyed Spoon for the first time on Wednesday evening. It. Was. Amazing. The service from Diamond (bartender) and Ashley (general manager) was top notch. I’m not currently drinking, but the cocktail menu looked amazing. I’m still thinking about the cheese roll appetizers. We cannot wait to go back!
