I go to the location on Decatur St. and Bell St, which is small and may have a different menu from the other locations, but everything I've gotten there is great. Fresh ingredients, excellent prep, great service, and tasty drinks, smoothies, and food.
I absolutely love this place. The drinks are great. The tuna salad is delicious. Now, the only thing I'm little off about is customer service. They are fast-paced, and sometimes, that can take away from the opportunity to engage with the customers. I guess if they don't know you (meaning you go to their gym regularly), then you get the step child treatment. You still get what you came for, but they get a little more love and time. Moreover, I love the menu items. 😋
I have been coming to Spreading the Health for a while now and I can't say enough positive things about them. They offer a fantastic selection of healthy drinks. Jasmine & Keleigha are incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer any and all questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The drinks are high quality and consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I highly recommend this business.
