The staff is extremely rude and needs to have training on proper customer service. The manager lacked value and etiquette. Very disappointing.

After the host himself let us in, he came over to our table, and before we can order our drinks, he started aggressively yelling at us to leave. I’ve been coming to this establishment for years, and have never been treated this way before. The server then came up to us and told us, “they’re more particular about those spots.” Then tried to seat us at the back corner.

$20 for half a shot of bourbon? No, thank you. Ordered an Old Fashioned and this is what I received. For the prices they charge, I am sorely disappointed.

I stopped in for a celebratory drink and lite bite. I’ve been to the NY Hotel many times but this was my first time in this one. Some good Prosecco and a very good salad. Reasonable prices for a St. Regis…as I now live in the area, I will definitely be back! BTW…..Don’t rely on website for food menu……way out of date!

Parking: I live a few blocks away and it’s a short walk!

The service here is atrocious. I came here with my friend to celebrate my birthday. We were told there wasn’t an available table and that we should return in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, we returned and were told there were 2 tables ahead of us. In the interim, we saw groups holding tables and skipping over the “list”. When we flagged this for the bouncer, he said if it happens again to let him know. Well, that didn’t go over well. We waited, and waited, and waited as familiar faces skipped over the line construct, chipped it up with the bouncer and skipped through the crowd. Atlanta is a bit of a fantasy land when it comes to order - everyone’s name dropping to skip the line we were told governs table access. We won’t return.

My wife and I recently attended an exclusive high-profile event at what is supposed to be a 5-star hotel (St. Regis), but my experience with their valet service was far from that standard. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the valet team was disorganized. There was no one available to greet me when I pulled up, and I had to wait several minutes just to get someone's attention. When someone finally came over, they were rushed and barely acknowledged me before taking my keys. To make matters worse, when the event was over I requested my car, and as I exited the front door to provide my claim ticket the valet walked up aggressively ,“snatched” it from my hand, and proceeded to retrieve my vehicle. The cashier valet requested my form of payment, and I provided my credit card. He was very unpleasant, aggressive as well and we had to wait over 15 minutes for our vehicle. It was obvious that the team was overwhelmed and understaffed, which led to long wait times and a complete lack of coordination and 5- star customer service. I immediately went inside to request a manager. The front desk clerk wasn’t helpful, and she too was very unpleasant. Finally, a manager (Nolan) spoke with me and apologized for our unpleasant experience with the valet service and offered to reimburse the $25 we paid. As of today, we haven’t received any refund whatsoever or follow-up call. What really sealed the deal for this terrible experience was the state of my car (Range Rover) when it was finally brought to me. The inside had alot of dirt on the floor mats, and there was a mysterious smudge on the door and window that hadn’t been there before. For a hotel that prides itself on luxury and high-end service, the valet experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I expected much better, and I certainly won’t be using this service again on future visits or stays.

My visit to the St. Regis Hotel for afternoon tea was nothing short of a super amazing experience! It was my first time ever having afternoon tea, and it exceeded all my expectations. The environment was so pleasant and inviting, with soft, soothing music creating the perfect ambiance.

As the afternoon progressed, the experience reached a pinnacle at four o'clock. They performed a beautiful tradition of opening a bottle of champagne with a sword to mark the hour. It was a breathtaking sight, adding a touch of elegance and grandeur to the already magnificent experience.

This tradition, unique to the St. Regis Hotel, made the afternoon unforgettable. I am already planning to go back and relive this incredible experience. While it is pretty pricey, I believe it's worth every penny for the sheer enjoyment and sophistication it offers.

It's also a wonderful experience to share with little ones. Imagine dressing up your children, putting hats on the little girls, and enjoying a delightful tea together. It's a far more enriching and memorable experience than spending money on iPads or Amazon gadgets.

I highly recommend this to anyone looking to create lasting memories with their loved ones. The St. Regis Hotel afternoon tea is an experience not to be missed!

Took us a minute to find it but when we did we were in heaven and Christopher the bartender was spectacular ~ perfect cocktails and olives and truffle popcorn ~ and not in my daily calorie count delish snacks ~ Cheers ?????…. And then my husband ordered everything on the menu, which was absolutely divine ~ sliders, lobster roll, sweet potato hummus, oh my God not appropriate lol spectacular!!!
