Absolutely botched up my order with barely any coffee in an iced shaked espresso!

Not sure what happened today but I am feeling the service is not as professional as before. First, I was trying to order something and the lady was chatting with two guys in front of me for 3 minutes after they finished their orders. When she was helping me with my order, she didn’t feel any sorry about that instead she seemed not very happy for some reasons. Second, a friend visited me and a guy helped me with the second order didn’t give me the drinks I want. I asked for one grande English breakfast tea latte and one black tea but they didn’t seem to understand what I was ordering and just gave me two grande black tea? Before I got my drink he asked me again and I thought I was pretty clear, but I still got the wrong drinks. By the way, he seemed never heard about that before.

This is the second time I’ve received my coffee completely wrong.

I usually ask for half the amount of chocolate in a mocha. The first time, it had double, and this time it has a quarter. Normally wouldn’t mind but if you charge $7 for a coffee you need to make sure it’s right.

I don't know what happened but lately every single time I go to get my coffee it ends up messed up. I do add 2 small modifications to my latte, and I don't say it super fast or anything, but for the past 4 consecutive times I've gotten it from this location, it's messed up. Not only is it messed up, the order itself is messed up, so it's difficult to send it back and say that I did in fact ask for what was missing. I don't understand why they don't repeat orders back when taking them, it literally takes 5 seconds. Also, the guy who was remaking my order today had an attitude about it, and in the past it's been him as well to take my order wrong as well. I understand there's a sign that says to be patient because of a staff shortage, but just because there's limited workers, it doesn't mean that they sacrifice their accuracy to try to be fast. More training needs to be done for some people and it's apparent.

The staff doesn't know how to do business here. You can ONLY taste water and ice in the Frappuccinos. Also, they have gotten my order wrong several times already and fail to do anything about the problem. I do not recommend this Starbucks.

i don’t know what happened here, but the matcha was separated and as thick as a smoothie on the bottom. it was gritty, very bitter, and astringent. like foamy spinach with a soapy aftertaste. rip :(

I walk up to the counter and stood there in front of two employees who are talking. They don’t even look up. They talk for a little while one walks away. The other turns around and starts working on something behind the counter. I of course, walk out. I understand this is Atlanta and I have to deal with a certain level of Atlantitude but seriously? Both employees should be fired. This is a terrible Starbucks. Avoid.
