I don't know what happened but lately every single time I go to get my coffee it ends up messed up. I do add 2 small modifications to my latte, and I don't say it super fast or anything, but for the past 4 consecutive times I've gotten it from this location, it's messed up. Not only is it messed up, the order itself is messed up, so it's difficult to send it back and say that I did in fact ask for what was missing. I don't understand why they don't repeat orders back when taking them, it literally takes 5 seconds. Also, the guy who was remaking my order today had an attitude about it, and in the past it's been him as well to take my order wrong as well. I understand there's a sign that says to be patient because of a staff shortage, but just because there's limited workers, it doesn't mean that they sacrifice their accuracy to try to be fast. More training needs to be done for some people and it's apparent.

Someone took my drink right in front of me and it took them 20 minutes to remake it :(. Just my luck ig
The staff doesn't know how to do business here. You can ONLY taste water and ice in the Frappuccinos. Also, they have gotten my order wrong several times already and fail to do anything about the problem. I do not recommend this Starbucks.

i don’t know what happened here, but the matcha was separated and as thick as a smoothie on the bottom. it was gritty, very bitter, and astringent. like foamy spinach with a soapy aftertaste. rip :(

I walk up to the counter and stood there in front of two employees who are talking. They don’t even look up. They talk for a little while one walks away. The other turns around and starts working on something behind the counter. I of course, walk out. I understand this is Atlanta and I have to deal with a certain level of Atlantitude but seriously? Both employees should be fired. This is a terrible Starbucks. Avoid.

Waited 50 minutes for a coffee, did not receive the full order even after waiting for almost an hour, staff don’t care and are super slow, be there if you want to waste your time.

It is a just regular Starbucks in the B&N. Because of its location, it is always busy place with many students.

Like Starbucks coffee and coolers juices . Good service .. nice ambienceFantastic location. Very very useful for GTech kids . There is a Starbucks inside too. Parking is a little bit of issue and is paid . It’s about 1$ an hour . Issue is getting a parking close to Starbucks ..

Consider this location the coffee hub for Georgia Tech students and staff. Conveniently located in Midtown on Spring & 5th. It shares a space with Barnes & Noble Bookstore. A cool space to study and catch up on work. Outside seating is also available.
