Very bad service by the manager at Starbucks. I asked for a pup cup with my purchase. The manager said all Starbucks does not give out pup cups anymore. I called another Starbucks they said that’s a lie because they still do with a purchase. I then let the manager know she said well I meant our Starbucks don’t. Then she walked away and started ignoring me. I went to a Kroger manager (Torez) he was very helpful spoke to the manager at Starbucks and then she gave me my pup cup. It took a real manager to talk to a fake manager to do her job wow. It was not called for all of that. They need to be a sign or something since they’re different policies at this Starbucks. I’m an unhappy customer.

Was walking over to the Starbucks after checking out at target and I hear one of the ladies who work there say “Where she think going.” I asked “Is this open” and she responds “ No she went somewhere.” When she’s the “she” who went someone. Very unprofessional. Don’t want to work. Whoever is running this place definitely needs to clean house!
Thanks to Deanna, My experience this morning at Starbucks inside Kroger on Caroline Street was horrible. She was very rude as soon as I approached the counter to ask if my mobile order was ready. As I was speaking with Her colleague sharing my recent experiences with the same store, She cut me off and stated “so, don’t come here”. I asked if She told me to not come here and She said, “Yes” and proceeded to go back and for with my in front of multiple customers. I do not advise you to go to the Starbucks. There is one inside target in the same plaza, go to that one instead they are much more professional, nice, and organized.

I enter the empty line, two employees were talking for about 5 minutes before acknowledging me and taking the order. both making drinks for one person. They’ll run a business into the ground if they don’t have supervision.

Unfortunately, this Starbucks location was out of a lot of items. However, the two lovely workers, Tashina, and Maali were friendly and handling all the business like pros. Even though they did not have a lot of the supplies they needed.

Came in to get an ice caramel macchiato and they say that they’re out of caramel and vanilla to make it. So tried to get a frappe and was told they aren’t making those either. The staff then goes in the back together for a second and come out laughing like they know they could make it but don’t want to. It’s not like it’s a hard drink to make either smh. Very rude and unprofessional and the restaurant itself was dirty/Sticky. Oh this isn’t the 1st time this has happened it’s an every visit type thing. Who ever is running this needs to clean house and start over ???

This location has to be all hemorrhaging money at this point. They are literally never open. I went to order at 5pm and the worker said they were closing and put the barrier up. What a joke. Whoever manages this location should be ashamed.

I giggled the closest Starbucks that was still open which listed it to close at 9pm when I arrived at 8:29pm the guy was sweeping and told me they were closed dispute the time advertised because he had already broken everything down.

Went in today for something different. The barista behind the counter paid me no mind (no greeting, no acknowledgment). I was just about to walk out when Ryan appeared and greeted me with a smile and cheerful attitude. I told him I wanted to try something different and he immediately started giving suggestions based on the beautiful day outside as well as my flavor preferences. I settled on a pineapple, mango, dragonfruit lemonade. It is delicious! I asked for the recipe so I could keep it in my notes, which Ryan graciously provided. This may be my new go-to drink! Thanks, Ryan!

Bad management. I'm sitting here on New years eve when this is the only Starbucks open in the city, seemingly, and they scheduled one poor person to run the whole bar. I can speak from experience that this is very difficult under normal circumstances, much less on a holiday. First Kroger underpays these people, then puts them in a stressful situation like this. Shame on them. Kroger management needs to staff their stores like professionals instead of greedy misers.
