Nice place with great coffee! Me and the wife appreciate the free everything bagels you all gave to us for being there!

Friendliest baristas in town. Even with the influx of high schoolers, these baristas make your orders fast with a smile.

Showed up at 9AM on christmas morning, they were advertised as open until 2PM. When we arrive, there is a sign on the door to redirect you to the ponce location. With 5 employees standing behind the counter, they blankly stared at us and pointed to the sign. No rhyme or reason to being closed during advertised hours. Called to double check that we were at the right location and the woman that answered the phone was very condescending right away. As we pull off, they open the door and serve a customer that has walked up to the door and read the same sign. I get it, it’s christmas, I’m sure they don’t want to be there, but I’m not the one that signed up to work at starbucks. The snarky remarks and blatant lack of respect for business hours is a joke. Now the Ponce location is completely over run and overwhelmed, because their counter parts can’t follow simple instructions. Was told there was “No shift manager”. I guess nobody in the building could make the executive decision that 5 people would suffice to make coffee instead of 6.

Starbucks, tell ur employees to help. One lady struggling to keep up with drinks while two kids just stare at her with nothing to do is insane.

Best I’ve encountered in a long time.

Why is your most convenient parking up front now for employees only? Given this is your best parking it should remain reserved for customers. An odd change. And I work in hospitality/food.

The baristas were great and coffee was good. However Mr. unhelpful security guard watched several black women including myself go to the restroom try the door and even though it said vacant was locked so we walked away. My husband who is white walked over and this a-hole of a security guard told my husband the core is 3000. You're welcome.

The servers are incredibly passive aggressive. I paid for 2 cold pastries and the person refused to pull them from below and give them to me. She waited on 5 customers and put their items in the warmer before she would hand them to me. Go somewhere else-

This one has an especially nice staff. Competent, personable, professional. I wonder if it's run like the Trader Joe's, with the employees taking personal ownership and stuff. Anyway,

I live an hour away and I wanted a coffee before heading home. Unfortunately there isn’t a drive thru and I have a sleeping baby in the car. So I figured I’d do a mobile app and then do the curbside that they offer but I couldn’t figure it out on the app. I called the store and the young barista happily brought out my much needed grande iced coffee. This mama is super appreciative!
