I’ve been coming to this Starbucks regularly since returning to Georgia after eight years, but the experience has been disappointing. The service is inconsistent, and the staff's attitudes are unprofessional especially today. On top of that, there’s a persistent stench every morning because homeless individuals, along with their luggage and belongings, are sitting inside the store. While I understand their situation, it severely impacts the atmosphere and makes the experience unpleasant. This location needs serious improvement in both service and environment.

We walked 🚶 in the store 🏪 to use the facility and we got good quality customer service 🐕🦺 from the associate in the cashier register she was pleasant and nice and kind and polite say's the secret shopper VIP Queen 👑 herself The Celebrity of Contributions Royal Treatment Always 🙏🙌😇🥺🤔 very cool 😎

Baristas friendly; homeless people not so much. Very odd or unique experience having homeless people congregate outside & in. Only Starbucks I’ve ever seen that lets this slide. Maybe spruce up the environment a bit. Then again, it’s Little 5 points.

Nice chill place. The people are nice. The music is chill. It's great to come with a friend and chill and have coffee. Fantastic place to place an order and come pick it up. They are very efficent with order and pick up! The parking is a problem. The inside is outdated and the outside is not that great. I only had a coffee which was good. I did not have their food.
