The coffees are 50/50. Either completely wrong and terrible Or mediocre. The employees have a permanent attitude, they let you sit at the register for 5 minutes before taking your order and I watch them in the back fill my drink half way with milk, run out of milk and instead of opening a new carton they just fill your drink with 60% ice.

This location is conveniently located at Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta. It's one of my favorite shops to grab a cold brew when hanging in this thriving area of the city. It's only a short walking distance from The High Museum and Woodruff Arts Center. The service is always friendly and the outside atmosphere is a highlight.

Store is constantly out of items! How hard is it to adequately stock supplies. This is a global chain. What’s happened to Starbucks in the last 5-10 years?!? This is no longer a pleasant neighborhood place to purchase a quality cup of coffee.

I clearly asked for two waters venti sizes. They gave me smaller sizes and forgot that quick to give my girlfriend her water. Then the tall skinny dumb blonde white girl got real rude and seemed to be ratchet like cause of how professional her tone was. The manager is a really cool guy but his staff team members make the place look really bad I'm not gonna lie. Starbucks needs to start doing mental evaluations before hiring people and stop hiring younger college type folks and get way older people in there 30's or 40's in these stores immediately cause there employees seems to be a problem in every damn state lmfaooo this is why I stop buying coffee beverages from the brand and started spending money elsewhere.

It is a SBUX. The staff was busy with mobile orders. The tables were dirty. The drinks are getting too expensive for me. I would rather pay that price at a local coffee shop than a big chain like sbux. They care more about the shareholders than the products.

Parking: Walk or take Marta. I have no idea where to park.

This is the best Starbucks store I’ve ever been. The staff is so welcoming always greeting everyone with a great smile no matter how busy they are. Their service is top tier, and they are one of the fastest running Starbucks ever. Seriously, I don’t know who is the manager but everyone deserves a raise there. The drinks are always on point, and they always try to remember their regulars! Super well done guys! You are doing an amazing job. To whoever sees this, tip them they deserve it!!
