this starbucks is always busy with the office crowds, but is generally okay to visit later in the day. Huge shoutout to Mac and Drew, who are the heart and soul of the evening crew. They bring so much good energy to the store and they always make my drink perfect. If you are in the area this is the Starbucks to go to!!!!!!!!!!

I was surprised by how good the service was given how busy the cafe was at 9am. I have a very specific order (Brown sugar shaken no cinnamon/half almond half oat) and it was perfect! Shoutout to Keyaela who was an actual angel, and let me know I had toilet paper on my shoe before I walked into a meeting!!

I really love this store! Always feels clean and the service is fast and friendly. The drinks can’t be beat and are consistently well made. It’s a great location and has good vibes all around which is impressive especially considering how many ATL stores were closed around it so you know it’s gotta be extra busy with the overflow from all that. This location is definitely my favorite Starbucks hang spot and the staff is exceptional

The staff is wonderful, the drinks are consistent. I’m glad they are here. This is the last Starbucks standing in this immediate area. To anyone who visits be kind if they are busy, we lost all of our local stores (14th, Ansley, and piedmont) recently due to “complaints and low service” which is amazing to me because they were ALL always busy. So let’s be kind and keep this location here.
SO SLOW!!!! I dont know who the manager was today 10/25 at 11:45 but they need to coach this team. SO SLOW. plenty of employees. the espresso machine was empty for nearly 5 minutes at one point and all of us standing out here still with no drinks. WILL NOT BE BACK. ** UPDATE, took 17 minutes for my iced latte....*** photo evidence attached

This store seems to be out of vessels for personal cup orders.
My order is marked as Ready to Go when I walk in, but they don’t prepare my drink until they have my cup. No other store is like this and it wastes my time. What’s the point of a mobile order if my drink isn’t made until I’m waiting at the store?

No more freshly brewed regular coffee at this location. They now use an automatic single serve coffee machine like RaceTrac. I ordered a Venti Pike Place and it tasted like water. 🤢 I guess Starbucks is removing human quality and costs with automation and crappy coffee at the same price for customers.
