Domo was absolutely amazing. Service was extremely fast and quality drink. My drink was made perfectly the first time which is rare. I love the atmosphere. The store was clean and inviting. Hands down the best experience. Thank you so much to the store manager. And Domo specifically for making their store my new 3rd place. I absolutely love it here.

“I had a great experience with Blake and Jaree, they provided excellent customer service! I had a specific way I wanted my drink made based on how I ordered it through DoorDash, and Blake was incredibly patient in helping me figure out the exact ingredients. He was very attentive and eager to make sure everything was correct. Jaree made my drink perfectly! They were both also great to talk to such a pleasant experience overall.”

This place is cool but the barista’s are terribly slow. Always seem to be waiting 20 mins for a drink when it only appears to be about 6 tickets being made. I spent half my lunch in here wasting time. 👎🏾

Coffee girl behind the counter fingers all over the top of the rim of my cup three times and then pours coffee on it. Today the coffee girl register chick decided to change the line where I was second behind 10 people I walked out

I stopped by Starbucks this morning which is rare for me. I maybe go twice a year and I walked in like an SNL character, completely unsure of what I wanted.
Abe was incredibly calm and patient. He reassured me right away, basically saying, “It’s okay, I got you,” and helped me figure it out step by step. Michi jumped in with some great suggestions too, and together they guided me to the perfect drink.
The barista crafted it flawlessly. Honestly, it was such a smooth, welcoming experience nothing like the horror stories you sometimes hear about being “that customer” who doesn’t know what to order.
Huge thank you to Abe, Michi, and the team for making it such a great experience. I truly appreciate it! ☕✨

I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Colony Square Midtown Atlanta. Meechie provided excellent customer service — truly the BEST I’ve had at a Starbucks in a long time. Warm smile, upbeat attitude, and such positive energy. I loved it!

This is the only starbucks where I am consistently waiting for more than 15 mins for a singular drink. Perhaps it’s frappuccinos they don’t want to make. I’m not sure but the other starbucks in Midtown that is closed only took 5-7 mins on average. I won’t be back

this starbucks is always busy with the office crowds, but is generally okay to visit later in the day. Huge shoutout to Mac and Drew, who are the heart and soul of the evening crew. They bring so much good energy to the store and they always make my drink perfect. If you are in the area this is the Starbucks to go to!!!!!!!!!!

I was surprised by how good the service was given how busy the cafe was at 9am. I have a very specific order (Brown sugar shaken no cinnamon/half almond half oat) and it was perfect! Shoutout to Keyaela who was an actual angel, and let me know I had toilet paper on my shoe before I walked into a meeting!!

I really love this store! Always feels clean and the service is fast and friendly. The drinks can’t be beat and are consistently well made. It’s a great location and has good vibes all around which is impressive especially considering how many ATL stores were closed around it so you know it’s gotta be extra busy with the overflow from all that. This location is definitely my favorite Starbucks hang spot and the staff is exceptional
