I come to this location at least 3 times a week but today I came in and sat down a few minutes before ordering as I was waiting on a friend to join me within the next few moments.

After about 10 minutes, one of the baristas (David) came over and asked if I was planning to order. I told him yes. He said well you’ve been here over 10 mins and haven’t ordered yet. I advised him that I was aware.

This has never happened to me before at this location or any of the others as I don’t go into anyone’s business without purchasing.

Apparently I was moving too slow for him so he decided to come over and annoy me.

I made a purchase as I planned to do anyway but I will not be spending money at this location ever again.

Another customer sat for no more than 5 minutes without ordering, and here goes little David asking if he was going to order. The guy cursed him out lol

I heard he’s the manager but clearly buddy can’t handle a little title bc now he’s lost it and running customers away.

He needs more training asap as his current training sucks!

Rigness Rush

I’m not sure what’s happening at this location but the customer service, tone of the staff and quality of the drinks has significantly gone down.

Today in order a grande matcha and was given a hot cup of foam. When I ask them to remake it, I got a cup of milk and matcha…nothing else. No classic syrup and it wasn’t even hot.

The manager there has always been amazingly cheerful and pleasant but some of those front life staff seem to hate life; and you can taste it in the beverages they make.

I used to love this location. It’s shadow of what it used to be. Cosmetics didn’t save this spot.

I've been coming to this location for a while and the staff has always been super friendly. I was so embarrassed tonight to have to ask them to remake a drink (the default recipe for their matcha has changed - they said Starbucks is using a new matcha). Ty remade the drink for me and it was great!

Since the remodel it has gone down imo. It was a reserve now it feels like a step down. Like when condos change over to apartments. You can tell it once was nice and long for those days again. I placed a mobile order. One hot tea. Took close to 30 minutes for it to be ready. I learned that the mobile orders come through one register and the in-store orders come through another so I will keep that in mind if I ever go to this location again and order inside instead of on the app.

#I am a Starbucks addict but this location is a disaster!
#Advance Booting is a disaster at this location, they are scamming people as soon you walk in, they put a boot on your vehicle, you better watch out for this location, also the booting company agent are unprofessional and really rude!

Very unprofessional, Very Unorganized, behaviors be uncanny and the vibes be low vibrational af to the core. Today I had place a order for a everything bagel which was delicious btw! However, when I asked one of the employees which happened to be a new female employee with curly ponytail hair, lightskin, kind of tall and had on jadestone earrings. She didn't greet me well and lacks respect for customers. I asked respectfully for the restroom code and she proceeded to give me the wrong pin number but for some weird reason didn't want to tell me the pin number had changed then gonna tell a lie saying the restrooms were out of order. This Starbucks newly renovated location already having technical difficulties with it's bathroom?!?!! Y'all must think I was born yesterday and the fact my intelligence was insulted like that makes me not care for Starbucks entirely as an establishment and question the CEO if she/he really know business ethics.

Recently renovated and you are not allowed to walk in to pick up your coffee if you have a dog. They were so dog friendly before renovations. I’m not trying to eat inside I’m just trying to get a coffee and go on with my walk. BUTTTT I was asked to stand out and not allowed inside. I will just find another coffee shop that allows me to get my coffee and go on about my walk without leaving my dog out of it.
