The staff could have been a bit more friendly but otherwise good coffee.

Elsie the lady with brown hair had excellent customer service and product knowledge. I should know I’m a gold member. In addition, I used to work at Starbucks when I was 18 and know the standard set at corporate level.

The worst experience of Starbucks I’ve had my entire life. Went in with my cup with the intent of ordering something with personal cup at the same time I had to use the restroom really bad and they made me purchase first then give code to use the restroom. Made the purchased and because I had to mobile order it because I had to go to restroom so bad I couldn’t even speak properly . The worst of the worst as a reserved location absolutely mind boggling.

RI, James, Elsie, Daniel really are so phenomenal and are so KIND they make my experience great Everytime I come in, they call me by name and even familiarize my order at times! RI is so creative with the drinks and they always come out great. I'm grateful they take time to understand me as a customer, as a guest. And now as family. Great job guys!! You're awesome.

I get a matcha with an extra scoop of matcha and somehow despite the number of scoops being on the side of the cup the baristas will put less than the standard amount of matcha every time, and they forget the classic syrup if you ask them to remake it. The end product is a cup of green oat milk.

The Starbucks at 7th & Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta sets the gold standard for customer experience. The team here is consistently outstanding—friendly, professional, and remarkably attentive. Every morning, I’m greeted by name, my order is remembered without hesitation, and I always leave feeling valued and uplifted.

This location goes far beyond simply serving coffee. The staff demonstrate genuine hospitality, creating a welcoming environment that builds loyalty and community. Their ability to connect on a personal level—while also maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency—is rare and deeply appreciated.

In a fast-paced Midtown environment, this Starbucks has become an anchor point of reliability and positivity. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and in the relationships they cultivate. I cannot overstate how impactful that is for customers like me who start their day here.

To corporate leadership: this store is a shining example of what the Starbucks brand represents at its very best.

I went inside and asked for a cup of water and was told I could not get one without a purchase. I told them I can provide proof of a purchase at a different location up the street and I was told I have to make a purchase there. So I then asked if I use my points because I currently have 280 can I then have a water. The male at the register rudely told me no I can’t use my points and get a cup of water. I then asked another staff member for there store number and the young Asian girl asked why I needed it I explained to her I wanted to report the service. She then confirmed even if I use my points on a food purchase I still could not have a cup of water! Wow!!! Okay Starbucks I have been consistently buying with you guys for years this service at this store is disgusting. I think I need a long break from you guys.

When you can’t even get oatmeal right or even a “hello/good morning” from any employee, it’s time to stop giving this company any money. The quality of food, drinks, and customer service continues to plummet while the prices keep going up for subpar everything. What used to be a consistent 5 star experience is anything but that which is truly disappointing.

My experience here as a disabled customer was unpleasant I purchased a coffee and everyone know coffee is a diuretic I had to use the restroom I was barely in there five minutes the cashier comes and ask me if I was taking a bath in her restroom first and foremost what a customer does in the bathroom is they're business as long as the property is not damaged or a mess or bodily fluids what an awful experience please don't come here you will get discriminated on for using the restroom as a valued customer
