This is by far one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to. I love coming here. The staff is always so kind even as early as it is when I'm in there (usually around 530am). They always have a smile on their faces and I just enjoy coming in there. It's a great way to get my early day started.

I stopped at this location for a hot tea while getting some work done on my laptop. Each team member greeted me including complimenting my blouse - at 7:30 in the morning. 😀
Let's just say I wish I could package the entire staff here and sell their enthusiasm and work ethic to every single fast service concept in America, including Chick-fil-A. 😆
Just overhearing how the staff greeted each customer (many of them by their first name) eased my nervous system. In a world overrun by artificial intelligence and scripted customer service, this is the type of treatment human beings are craving and deserve.
I live in Gwinnett County, but if I am ever on this side of town, the Starbucks on Abernathy Square will be my go-to.

Please stop filling up my cup with ice. WE do NOT like nor want watered down coffee for $8. We created the recipe, especially me, so we know how it’s suppose to be made. Fix this SB.

Extremely rude staff to the point of offensive.
Avoid this place if you want to start your morning off right
This has to be one of the best Starbucks in the country. All the employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will go out of my way to stop here.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks and has a great atmosphere for getting work done, mainly because of the staff. The manager is always working hard to serve customers, which then motivates other staff members to work equally as hard. So glad to have this store so close to home!

If you want a great start to your morning, this is the location to go to! The baristas really seem to love their job. I believe Faith is the store manager, super bright and welcoming! Great start to my day, drink tasted amazing and came out quick! My cup had a cute drawing too!! It doesn’t take much to change a persons day for the better and this store knows how to do it!!

I just wanted to do a quick S/O. Faith is truly the heart of this Starbucks! Every time I stop by, the drinks are perfect, the store is spotless, and the energy is so welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her team and the customers. If you’re ever in the area, this is the Starbucks to visit — all thanks to her amazing leadership!

I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for years, and while weekends can sometimes be a bit inconsistent, today’s visit stood out. The drinks were better than usual, and it was great to see more baristas behind the counter, which seemed to help with overall speed and quality.
However, despite placing a mobile order, my drink wasn’t ready when I arrived—even though my food was—and I ended up waiting in a mostly empty store. While I stood there, the store manager, Faith, walked right past me without acknowledging me at all. Instead, she focused on asking a customer to leave due to store policy, which created an awkward and uncomfortable vibe. It was disappointing to feel invisible, especially when the store wasn’t busy.
Hopefully, future visits will strike a better balance between enforcing policies and creating a warm, welcoming environment for all customers.
