They forgot my drink and made what seemed like 100 other people’s before mine. When I finally got it they made the wrong one than when I went back they never added anything extra I paid for.

Placed order of 2 teas ahead of time using the app. It said it would be ready at 1:38. I got there at 1:45. Still not ready. I don't know why I even bother using the app. This happens almost all the time.

This location is a stand-alone and frequently slammed and understaffed. The small crew of baristas only only do the best they can, but do a phenomenal job with the amount of in-person and app orders as well. I order here at least once a week and have never had an issue with food or drinks- ever.

This Starbucks always makes my drinks on point… I don’t even goto any other one after getting frustrated with the others haha. Thanks for always making my morning a good morning haha

My order given this morning was unsanitary, I received my order and they put a packet of siracha sauce on each side. The wrap was hot and it melted the packet. It was on each side, which got onto my wrap. This was very unsanitary and unsafe, I could not eat it due to this situation. I’m insure where those packets have been.
