Taylor has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a very long time . I was the only person waiting at the counter and was never greeted by her . As my daughter and I decided what we wanted she continued to fix empty bags and never turned our way to take our. I asked if the place was closed and Taylor continued to fold and unfold bags . A lady from the back finally came and took our orders and Taylor made my drink . I’m not sure how long my drink was sitting on the counter as I was engaged with my daughter. I’m very use to Starbucks employees ensuring that an order is ready by saying the customers name. When I asked her why she did not acknowledge us the first time we were at the counter she claim she did not see or hear us and she said this with an attitude. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks location and I definitely visit a lot and

I ordered an Açaí strawberry lemonade yesterday and I took maybe 12 sips and the drink was finished. I looked at the cup and it was full of ice. So I paid $6 for a cup of ice!! Not acceptable. I don’t want a cup of ice, I want the drink that I paid for.

Given past experiences with Starbucks employees at store #510 (and quite frankly several other Starbucks locations across the metro Atlanta area, between the years 2016-2019) and how the Starbucks franchise is susceptible to corrupt community leaders and social politics as to exhibit unethical behavior, it was quite interesting to listen to my girlfriend's experience with this particular Starbucks and her buying chai tea from here. Her experience was an exact replica of my experiences with a number of these commercial cafés (and some non-related eateries) and is why I have given up on Starbucks. The franchise is simply no good.I would advise whomever may be reading this review to steer clear of any and all Starbucks. The franchise is a joke, and they only seem to employ clowns who are easily manipulated into tainting customers' coffees and teas. I would even suggest one to not even buy their brand of coffee or any other product that carries their name from the grocery store or wherever. There are many other choices for coffee and tea.If you love yourself, then do better than Starbucks.

Between the Self Checkout counters of Target and entrance tucked away is this outlet. Small outlet. Surprisingly, I did not see any seating options (may be I missed them?).Service is quick - typical Starbucks style. We had to wait a few minutes as no baristas were seen. Then one came, taking our order. Payment from the app is easy and fast.Vanilla Latte was ok - normal Starbucks experience and taste.Good outlet for quick buys after your Target shopping. Enjoy.

Manager at Starbucks was super rude. Started cutting me off before I can finish order. Everytime I come here I get over charged or spoke to inappropriately. Only a few of the workers know what they’re doing and the manager clearly hates her life and anyone who comes near it! NO ONE TOLD YOU TO WORK HERE!

Shouldn’t take 30 minutes to get a drink. Workers were excessively slow.
Always a quick friendly & satisfying visit. Usually in the morning, there's more employees working as pose to mid afternoon. Which is one employee that does pretty well moving the small line of 5-6 customers at a time.
No Bagels at this location.
It's the time of the season for my go to Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade Refresher.

Pretty good service, been here a few times. Always have a good stock of sandwiches and wraps and pastries are good.

The worse service ever. Stood to the counter for over 10 minutes with multiple people standing around and no one asked to take my order. Ride young lady came out with a broom. Asked her is anyone working the register, she pretty much ignored me.Won’t come here again. Considering you are paying almost $7 for a drink and horrible service…No stank you
Wow! For only having 2 team members, the staff was very efficient, utilized multi-tasking skills and maintained poise under pressure as the line began to form. We didn't even wait for what felt like 2 minutes before our drinks were done. Great job! Looking forward to returning.
