The Starbucks at this location offers a pleasant coffee shop experience with diligent employees who maintain a great system to handle the busy crowds. The coffee is great, and the layout is organized and clean, making it a convenient option for hotel guests. The team works well when it's busy, communicating clearly to customers and each other. They make adjustments to get the lines cleared fairly quickly, even when dealing with a constant stream of convention goers. The location has a nice atmosphere, and the food, like the best pesto, egg, and mozzarella sandwich, is also well-prepared. However, some customers have experienced slow service and occasional order mistakes, which can be frustrating.
