The 2 ladies working this morning were very rude and made me a horrible coffee. Florence and the young lady with braids and glasses. They definitely need a new line of work since working with the public doesn’t seem to fit their attitudes. It was also 3 EMTs that come in just like 4 minutes before they opened and they were rude to them and even turned off the lights and went to the back for the last 2 minutes being smart and rude. Please talk to them.

Don’t go here. They were happy to take my money. Then, I waited 15 minutes for a cup of basic drip coffee with soy milk. It’s literally a 30-second order. Yet, they never bothered to make it. When I tried to ask about it, the employees blew me off. I didn’t particularly like Starbucks before this. The service at them is always questionable. Their coffee tastes burned half the time. Now, I’m just done with Starbucks. I don’t need to pay a fee to get lousy service and no coffee.

I tried to order a venti frap with 2 espresso shots, they told me theyre out of venti cups. I saw they still had plenty of venti cups, but I thought theres no reason the cashier would lie about it and I must be mistaken, so I accepted the grande cup. As I waited I noticed numerous people who were getting venti sized drinks. Im not sure why they would need to lie about that. The wait for getting the drink was long and when I got the drink I noticed they didnt add any espresso even though I was charged for it. I am most upset that the workers lied to me for no good reason and let others have a larger size drink.

Sending a lot of Love to this Starbucks team! They were getting flooded with a constant stream of convention goers, but made some adjustments & got the lines cleared fairly quickly.
It was also the best pesto, egg & mozzarella sandwich I’ve ever had from Starbucks!
Worst service here! They have no order, process or method to what they do and get upset if you ask about your 15 minute order, just do yourself a favor and order online at the Peachtree location way better service and attitude

I have NEVER been to a Starbucks who cared so little about trying to get people through a line. There was about 15 of us who literally stood in line for 20ish mins and the line just didn't move. Workers were moving at a "I could care less speed." No apologies for the wait. There was 4 or 5 workers but only had one cashier open. All I wanted was a black coffee and waited 25 mins with 10 or more people STILL ahead of me when I just left.
