I messed up when ordering my drink, ordered a chai instead of a matcha, and they made a replacement for me free of charge! The staff were so kind and definitely didn't have to do that, especially since it was me who made a goof lol
I love this location, service is good & friendly. My issue is when I order a coffee for $7 the cup is only two thirds full. I don’t want foam, I want a full cup of coffee. This is a consistent issue & when you order ahead you can’t request no foam, so if this could be solved I would give this location 5 stars!!
Awesome customer service! The food was hot and just as ordered. I usually get the same from the Mc Donald's next door but the order is always wrong and bad quality. Coming to this Starbucks I have never had any issues, Simply the best
