I had a really positive experience at this Starbucks recently! The store itself was clean and inviting, though the tables are a bit small. Luckily, I was able to rearrange a chair to sit with my two coworkers while we sipped our drinks and chatted.
When I received an incorrect drink, I was a bit hesitant to ask for a remake—usually, I’ve experienced some side glances or a less-than-welcoming attitude when asking for corrections. But Dev, the employee who helped me, was the complete opposite. She was professional, understanding, and genuinely kind about the whole situation. drink perfectly.
Most staff seemed positive and helpful, and I could tell it was a well-managed location. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to dev made it worth every dime.

I am not sure who controls the music at this location, but it’s so unbelievably bad and loud. I have seen several people walk in with the intentions of studying or working and walk out with in 10 minutes because the music is so loud and annoying. I am not sure if they are using this as a technique to discourage people from staying too long, but it’s literally unbearable. Do not come to this location.

If you're going to be closed, at least put up a sign as a common courtesy.
Devan has served me in the drive thru the past couple of times I have been to this location & she has expedited my order seamlessly both times, with a smile, amazing energy & mistake free. She’s an absolute rarity. I have been a loyal supporter of Starbucks since it first migrated to Atlanta over 20 years ago & I have had nothing but top tier customer service at this location.

Just came at 6:21am and store hours said open but the staff had it closed plus rude about it. I thought Starbucks was customer service first.... very disappointed.

There’s a new employee there, Graci I believe her name is. The first time I went in to order I tried to scan. She didn’t mention that my account didn’t scan but i noticed when i got my drink and my name wasn’t on it. This second encounter, she looks me dead in my face, looks at the cup and then says my drink order instead of my name which is simple, Epiphany. lol her attitude is horrible but I love that location and Sean or Shawn I think (sorry) is ALWAYS A PLEASURE and works with a smile.
Been a while since I've had chang that way at me. Remind me over a long time ago when people didn't like to touch other people's hands, for certain reasons. While I'm sitting there desperately trying to get the change off the ground, the woman show a little remorse like a robot. She didn't even have me all of my food items, it seemed a little concerned over it. Had to go back and get it. She didn't even apologize

As someone who goes to Starbucks daily and have been to locations all around the world this one is perhaps the most annoying but yesterday was the cherry on top! One the staff is kind enough but yesterday I found a roach in my drink. The staff again was concerned and kind but nothing was done to ensure it wouldn’t happen to me again or anyone else so I won’t be returning to this location or possibly any Starbucks! I called the customer service as directed and OSHA and Starbucks customer service said they would make note of it and I may get a call from a regional manager.
After being a loyal customer to the brand for over a decade this is beyond ridiculous. IM DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST AND EXPECTED BETTER! Over the past 20 years the quality of the products and the overall store experience has plummeted! I WANT THE OLD BUG FREE NOT A BANK BUT A COFFEE SHOP STARBUCKS BACK!

I went to this Starbucks and a blonde girl who works there charged me $5 for “gratuity” without asking me if I agreed or not, when I only went in to buy a drink and a cake. I thought it was very bad, she asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager, but I honestly didn't have time to wait. I am a regular customer of this location but I will not go again. Leaving tips or not in a business is not mandatory! I work in customer service too but it seems very bad to me that you decide for me whether I leave tips or not and also set the price you want!

We go to this Starbucks regularly because it’s convenient to us. The staff is nice. We didn’t leave any reviews to be nice but every encounter we have had with them has been terrible. We go through drive thru, and it takes 15 minutes for them to make our drink even though we are the only ones in line. And when we go in, it’s the same thing. Or it’s super fast and you can tell the drinks are rushed and looks and taste terrible. On top of that they mess up our orders all the time. either the coffee is burnt or they don’t put enough cold foam in our drinks. When I ask them to put more, they say “yeah there is enough in there already” when clearly there isn’t. I will not be going here any more, this Starbucks always seems to let us down every time we go. Drinks are terribly made and never taste right.

I ordered a HOT coffee on doordash with ONE cream and a 4 sugars & what I received is a cup of ice cold milk with a splash of coffee in it!! I live less than 10 minutes away from this Starbucks so there is absolutely no reason my "hot" coffee should be completely cold unless it had been sitting out for HOURS. On top of my coffee being ice cold, they didnt even bother trying to get my order right. They filled the cup up with mostly milk and BARELY put any coffee. This is disgusting!! Not ordering from this location again

Solid Starbucks with small tables. There are only two tables that would be appropriate for working on a laptop. I have been to this Starbucks periodically as it is convenient. It can be hit and miss. Today I went and discussed various things and placed my order. I was then told they could not accept cash today and she was sure it would be ok for me to use a debit or credit card. There were no signs in the store stating this. There was not a sign on the entrance. And I guess it just came across as rude so when she said this I simply stated it would be a problem and I left. I think again before going here again.
