No stirrer, no cup sleeve. Had to pullover from driver thru .

I always pass by this store to grab my coffee in the morning. Yesterday the staff was so welcoming and kind. Let me start saying that It was my fault I forgot to talk to the attendant over speaker (I placed my order online like always and it was already done by the time I was by the drive-thru) and I know I should’ve but somehow I really forgot about it. But honestly the way Keegan (the drive thru attendant) spoke to me was rude, unkind e confusing. Even the body language showed up disrespectful behavior. I’ll still pass by to this store but today I felt very disappointed and diminished.

Whenever I come to this store, it's usually good but with the last few times, the lids haven't been fitting the cups correctly. Due to that, my drink ends up spilling everywhere. Please fix this!!

Does not matter how many weeks apart I order at this Starbucks , the order is never correct . Even when my husband orders his drinks, it is never made correctly. Very disappointing especially when I reside 2 minutes from this Starbucks but I drive to Roswell or Alpharetta just for a coffee. Today we thought we would temp it and of course it was incorrect.

I had stopped coming to this store a few months ago but i recently came back because I was in the neighborhood. My experience there was very different from my previous visits . Staff was welcoming as soon as I walked in the door, new manager introduced his self to me and assured me great changes would be coming to this Starbucks. I cant wait to see whats to come and if you see this thanks for recommending that shakin espresso. My new fave drink.

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer and usually love my visits, but this particular location has been consistently disappointing. I came thru the drive thru this morning and I come here often and order the exact same drink every time, yet somehow it’s almost always made incorrectly and im tired of it.
What makes it worse is the attitude I receive when I politely point out the mistake. It’s frustrating to be treated like I’m the problem when I’m just asking for the drink I paid for.
I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times because I truly enjoy Starbucks overall, but the service here continues to fall short. It’s reached the point where I feel unwelcome for simply expecting accuracy and basic customer service.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously because a brand I love shouldn’t be this inconsistent.

They were so kind and helpful. My boyfriend and I are vision impaired and the staff was nice enough to just bring our order to the table for us. That new summer berry boba drink is soooo good 😋

i personally hate this starbucks so much i rather just drive 5 more minutes to go to a different one .they always get my order wrong , last time i ordered a ham swiss baguette and got a ham swiss croissant also when i order a hand made drink with coconut milk they always make it with lemonade , and most of the bakery stuff is never in stock either.

Got here about 3:45. Online said they are open until 5 and 7. Placed my order, they were out if 2 of the things I would have gotten. So ordered my drink, sat down to work for 30 minutes until my next appointment in the area (isn't that the point of the cafes) only to be told they were closing the lobby/ Cafe in 5 minutes.
So spent 15 minutes getting situated (and cleaning off the dirty table) and now is pointless to go somewhere else.

Love everyone here but the Meredith old women . Everytime I go has an attitude and today the cup did not have the top only properly still hands it to me water spills all over me. No sorry no napkins nothing. That old women is so rude I can’t.
Today I was told you cannot get a fountain water unless you purchase additional items. I get fountain waters from this location and others throughout the country. I’m curious what’s causing this inconsistency.

I went in to get a coffee and more urgently to use the bathroom. I found that the doors to the multisex bathrooms have combination locks on them. When I asked the rather bitter looking employee wiping off tables how to get into the bathroom she demanded to know if I was going to buy anything informing me the bathrooms were only for customers. I was offended and went across the parking lot to the Jersey Mike's where I was greeted cheerfully and had no lock on the men's room. After relieving myself, I ordered a sandwich which they assembled perfectly and enjoyed in their dining area free from extortion. Fortunately, there is a Race Trac gas station close where you can get a better cup of coffee for half the price. So, I determined that I intend to never darken the doorstep of Starbucks ever again so long as I live. It is notable that in a shopping center with more than 20 other businesses I could have walked into, I chose the Starbucks and the help was to dim to conclude that I probably wanted coffee though after driving for an hour and having an enlarged prostate, the issue of urinating was a higher priority at the time.
