I ordered a HOT coffee on doordash with ONE cream and a 4 sugars & what I received is a cup of ice cold milk with a splash of coffee in it!! I live less than 10 minutes away from this Starbucks so there is absolutely no reason my "hot" coffee should be completely cold unless it had been sitting out for HOURS. On top of my coffee being ice cold, they didnt even bother trying to get my order right. They filled the cup up with mostly milk and BARELY put any coffee. This is disgusting!! Not ordering from this location again

I have been to this Starbucks periodically as it is convenient. It can be hit and miss. Today I went and discussed various things and placed my order. I was then told they could not accept cash today and she was sure it would be ok for me to use a debit or credit card. There were no signs in the store stating this. There was not a sign on the entrance. And I guess it just came across as rude so when she said this I simply stated it would be a problem and I left. I think again before going here again.

I visit this location simply because of convenience. I order the same drink every single time and every single time it is made incorrectly. There is one key ingredient in the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and that’s vanilla sweet cream so why do I only get vanilla syrup and cold brew? It’s extremely frustrating that this location along with several across the entire chain cannot make one of the most simplest drinks right.

I know is just Starbucks and is just coffee but my partner and I buy the beans and usually try to get them on sale to save some money cause we don’t have much. We only brew coffee at home to keep cost low and cause we love the taste. I won’t get to into detail but I don’t know how to explain to you guys that my partner and I have been going through some financial hard times and what Brianna and Alex did for us today goes beyond what words can explain. I don’t think they know how they impacted our day and month. Thank you guys and I hope you both get the recognition you derserve. Much love. A very very happy customer.
Only giving this location 2 stars because although there coffee is always on point they lack so much in customer service yes you're greeted when you walk in if there's someone standing at the register if not, then you are left at the register for a time on hand even the other baristas walking by don't acknowledge you are their waiting :/. Today I waited 10minutes inside for a mobile order! They don't call the names out for a mobile order when they place it down forcing you to touch every cup that shoots out like people have time for that, that's why they place mobile order in the first place. So rude when people are already paying for over priced coffee. And when I kindly mentioned something about it they said "oh yeah sorry" work on your customer service!

Went In This morning to grab a cup of coffee as usual and had a great conversation with Meaghan. She was so nice and pleasant to talk to. She special ordered my coffee and I learned new things in our conversation. Working early morning not everyone is so nice but she was amazing. I got my hot coffee and a smile. Appreciate good employees, they are truly hard to find. This Starbucks is a stand alone location in a shopping plaza parking lot. There is plenty of parking and the wait is never very long. It’s one of my favorite locations to visit.
