I sat in the drive through line for 10 minutes, despite ordering within 30 seconds of getting in line. I had a simple order with no modifications. When I finally got to the window, I saw workers making other drinks but not mine. The cashier stood there without taking orders or doing anything for several minutes before he walked away. This store is not worth the hassle. They have major problems with efficiency, customer service, and lack of training.

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. For about a year, this place has consistently been slow (waiting 15+ min in the drive thru for only 2 cars to get their order taken while the line is wrapped around the store), constantly making drinks wrong and having attitude when asked to fix it, and today I got curdled milk in my “fixed” drink. Management really needs to step up here.

I've been traveling to area the last couple months for work and have made this my regular Starbucks. Courtney is always making me feel welcomed and has a great joyful energy every visit.

They made my drink wrong I had a hot drink and then she filled my cup up halfway if it's a Starbucks venti personal cup shouldn't it be filled up I think so they cost the way they do so you can get them filled up but she had to make it all over again because I got a iced blonde vanilla latte I was trying to finish a promotion seriously it's okay first time last time it's plenty of the Starbucks to go to

This was my first time at this Starbucks on Cumberland. I was in the area unexpectedly wanted my coffee for my ride. I put in my mobile order, was 6 minutes away, and it was waiting for me when I got there. It was kinda early, around 6:45. And the order was as I asked.

Everytime i come here i always have a problem with the staff about the stupid terminology on the sizing i dont have a problem with any other starbucks i go to and when they got my order wrong she said she would remake it and just added extra ice
