I work remotely and really love having the option to “go into an office” that isn’t actually an office, and this Starbucks consistently delivers on that for me. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and Courtney and Quay in particular make it feel like I get the benefits of having coworkers I get to see regularly! I also really appreciate how often managers, both on site and visiting, come through to keep a pulse on how the store is running.
The only thing that would make this place even better for me would be some kind of standing counter for those of us who like to stand while we work, but honestly that is such a nit-picky wish and really just speaks to how great this spot already is. It somehow manages to feel like a small neighborhood coffee shop while still being part of the larger Starbucks brand, so you get the coziness of a local spot with the familiarity and consistency of a big one.

Courtney went above and beyond today to make me feel better. The store was about to close for a Company meeting ...the entire store was a fun vibe. They welcomed me in did not at all rush me but instead made Great recommendations on what to order since I am feeling poopy today! Good Job, Great Job Vinings Starbucks! The service was very slow and I had a swim meet and almost missed it the drive through may have more people but it’s faster than walking in. Almost ten people got their orders before me very disappointed

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I have tried to come through the drive thru multiple times at different times of day, and I always leave the drive thru and don’t order after sitting for 15 minutes without the line moving.

I came here to grab a coffee and while in the restroom someone tried to open the door without knocking. I asked the two cashiers if it was one of them so I can tell them to probably knock first as it almost gave me an anxiety. Especially because the lock doesn’t look like it locks. Both were rude, nonchalant and acted like I was the one in the wrong. I’m actually super upset not only did I feel violated but was given a half ass apology. One was a woman so you’d think I would receive more respect but yeah customer service is a lost art I suppose

I just received the most excellent and sincere service from Niyah! I ask her for a rag so that i could sit outside and enjoy the weather.....I was expecting to take awhile as they were busy. She went out of her way to take care of the customers currently there inside and then she quickly came outside and not only wiped down my table but all of the patio tables! That is an example of THOUGHFUL and thorough service because she could've taken the short cut and just cleaned one table for me. And the whole time she was very pleasant and welcoming.Now other customers can enjoy this gorgeous weather if they so choose. Thank you Niyah for your efforts!

I went to this location a few weeks ago after having a bad experience at a small owned coffee shop. Anyway, I usually get brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso but I wanted to try something new so Quay help me decide and he made me the best sugar cookie iced coffee.. Quay was amazing and such a sweetheart, he understands the true definition of customer service!
