I had an outstanding experience at this Starbucks location thanks to Dylan. I live over an hour away, but the type of customer service he provided made the trip completely worth it. From the moment I approached the counter, Dylan was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure every customer's order was perfect. The way he greeted familiar customers by their first names really stood out to me—it showed how much he values building real connections with the people who visit.
I mentioned to the cashier that I wanted to try something new and stop getting my usual but that was a little nervous about it. Dylan stepped in and not only recommended a drink he thought I’d enjoy but he also reassured me by offering to make my usual if I ended up not liking it. That level of kindness and customer-focused care is rare and it immediately put me at ease.
The drink he suggested turned out to be delicious and his thoughtful approach made the experience even better.
I don't care for Cumberland Mall but because of his exceptional service, I’ll gladly return to this location—even with the long drive.

I’m usually not the one to leave a bad review but this place was just awful. When I went to pick up my order I had to remin the staff what I had twice.Also my drink a Carmel frap didn’t even tasted like code and Carmel I tasted like poop.

Dylan was fantastic and made sure left satisfied. Drink was amazing and as was the food. I'm not a big fan of the mall, it's loud and crowded and not too many spots I enjoy, but coming here always puts a smile on my face!!!

A shout out to Tris on 4/19/25! I ordered to pick up at the location across the street from where i planned to. Tris, the kind barista here made me another one and saved me a trip to my wrong location. It meant alot especially when I really need it after strolling alot in the mall . Great service!

The Badas
I recently ordered a Venti white mocha and I was extremely disappointed. My cup was barely half full with most of it being whipped cream. When I asked for more coffee, I was told I’d be charged for an extra shot. This is not what I expect when ordering a premium drink. The lack of attention to detail and customer service was frustrating. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

We are visiting from Naples, Fl went to get coffee and a banana bread, they have a tag price of $0.00, they refused to give it to me even when they saw the tag. That’s false advertising.
