This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. With it being located right off the highway and in a high traveled area you would think they would be more efficient , but they are the slowest Starbucks in the city and I stop to Starbucks often!

I can’t say enough good things about my favorite Starbucks. The manager Marisol and all the baristas have turned it into a little slice of home for me and my daughter. We’ve been coming in almost every morning since she was in seventh grade, and now she’s a junior in high school so they’ve literally watched her grow up.
What makes it extra special is that the moment we walk in, they greet us by name and say good morning. It’s those little things that make it feel like we’re part of a community. Plus, they never get our order wrong not once. It’s just the perfect spot that combines great coffee with a personal touch. Kudos to Marisol and the whole team for making every visit a delight!

This is truly the best Starbucks in Atlanta. The team, the service, and the atmosphere are all consistently exceptional, an absolute 10 out of 10. I work remotely and travel about 75% of the time, but whenever I’m home, this store becomes my office. A group of us work from here regularly, even though many of us live closer to other Starbucks locations. Over time, we’ve even become each other’s “co-workers.”
What makes this place special is the people. The team here is incredible. When the store was being remodeled last year, the manager, Marisol, kept us personally updated about the reopening and even sent a message when the store opened late during an ice storm. She and the entire team greet me—and my Starbucks “co-workers” by name every day, check in often, and make everyone feel seen and welcomed.
Sure, I could work from home. But this Starbucks has become more than a workspace. It’s my community.

This is my location! I love all the employees. Marisol is the manager and does an amazing job. Ever since she took over this location, it has greatly improved! Shoutout to CJ as well who is awesome. This location is busy all the time and they manage to handle it with efficiency and a smile! This location is on my way to work, but I go out of my way to get my Starbucks from this location when I'm not working. They did a renovation about a year ago and the atmosphere is a lot better as well. This location definitely deserved an upgrade. I was there for the grand reopening, that's what this location means to me. It was amazing to me how many regulars were there for the reopening. It says a lot of the people who work there. Keep up the good work 1203.

I have been going to this Starbucks for 6 years and actually drive out of my way to go there. The team members are always kind, gracious and bend over backwards for their customers. They are an incredibly busy store but the operations run like a well-oiled machine. They treat me and my children as if we were family. Special shout out to Marisol who is the best store manager and always has a smile on her face and kindest Starbucks employee on the planet. Simply put, best Starbucks in Buckhead and I love every time I walk in their doors.

This is definitely drive-thru only so bear that in mind I love this Starbucks in comparison to the others it is pretty much the only one that is quick and makes my drinks properly every time

Probably the best Starbucks in the city. They add the right amount of coffee to the drinks. In many other Starbucks I have to pay my extra for an additional shot to get the same flavor as here. Although they are always busy, the waiting time is very reasonable and only a few occasions were too long but most of the times they apologize or even give me a gift card. The bathrooma are not locked, the place is clean. Sadly I don't live of work nearby anymore so anymore I get the chance to go nearby i wanna get my drink there.

I picked up my moble order. The label on my cup was correct (iced drink) but my drink was hot. I did not have time in the moment to bring it to their attention or wait for my drink to be remade. I was on a tight schedule.
Just a little frustrated. I wish there was a way in the app to leave an additional note/comment when ordering for emphasis. This has happened on multiple occasions at various locations. Just wish there was a fix. 🫤

Always clean and always friendly, but speed and quality of drinks tends to be all over the place. I come any day of the week between 10 and 2, and no matter if i go thru the drive thru or order inside the wait is generally pretty tough, and my drink’s taste and quality is never the same two times in a row.
