We arrived mid-morning - before most stores had opened. While waiting, we decided to have Starbucks - since it was one of the few places open. I am very glad we stopped at Starbucks, which I generally avoid because of prices. My Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich was very tasty - beyond what I expected. My Vermont Pecan Oatmilk Latte was a new experience and was quite enjoyable. My wife chose a Chai Tea version of my drink and gave very pleasant remarks about her choice. Service was much more pleasant than I expected. Seidy answered questions fully and did not seem rushed. Our visit timing made that easy. I will comfortably visit this Starbucks again when I am next at Lenox Mall.

Terrible service. Yesterday I was there to order an iced coffee. The first woman ignored me. The second person came to take my order only to say they didn't have ice. This is the second time they haven't sold me coffee because they don't have ice. Terrible service.

To the lady that has the gray leadership shirt on- I just want you to know that I do not appreciate your attitude. Your attitude for the past two days is terrible, and himself I don’t even know how you’re a manager. You couldn’t even tell me what classic syrup is, even after I tried explaining to you what it was. Then you charged me after I asked. I will be calling corporate soon. Yes, this place was doing amazing until you came to work. I hope your day go the same way you treated me- horrible.

Delana is absolutely amazing! Her attentiveness to her regulars is what customer service is all about! I was surprised to learn she wasn’t the SM as that’s the type of behavior that leaders display! The way I’ve observed her interacting with her peers says a lot about who she is! Great job girl!

Why oh why after so many complaints about this store mine included about the rude staff with bad attitudes has nothing changed. I complained about an incident twice to head office. They never got back to me. Rang again about the incident and requested a manger to call me. An area manager finally called me. Then I never heard back. Unfortunately poor leadership trickles down and is evident in who they employ.
