Very slow location. appears to be noting but kids working there. Stay away from here !!! No manager seems to b on duty at all and workers talking on the phone while working and lines are backed up. Took 20 mins from when I walked in the door until I left and there was hardly nobody in there. Poorly trained staff and they don’t care. If you’re running on time for work don’t stop in here. You’ll be late !

There is NEVER and I mean NEVER any cold drinks. They NEVER have ice. It’s stupid ash.

I purchased a nitro cold brew with 6 pumps of while chocolate mocha and a grande iced americano for my order. When placing my order, the cashier asked me what size I wanted my nitro cold brew. I said, "you guys only do up to a grande right?" and the cashier looked at my with a look and said, "no you can do up to a venti." I was surprised because I was always told it was up to a grande. The next associate chimed in and said, "no, it's only up to a grande." So, I went ahead and placed my order. We waited for roughly 10-13 minutes and then all of a sudden, the barista shouts out my name and says, "we are all out of cold brew." She informed me that I had to place a drink order that will be EXACTLY the same amount as the nitro cold brew with 5 white chocolate pumps and I said, "I don't know how exactly it will be... what are the options to sub it with." I asked for a venti iced white chocolate mocha with oat milk and an extra shot and the cashier said I owed an extra $1.90. The barista says, "you have to charge for extra oat milk." I replied, "Starbucks is not charging extra for alternative milk..."
Overall, this was the WORST experience I had with Starbucks. I felt like I was informing the employees of the new mandates with Starbucks and the fact that they expected me to create a new drink order that will be the exact cost of a drink that they shouldn't have allowed me to get if they could not make it was ridiculous. I waited an extra 10 minutes for that.
My reeipt number for reference is : #011884, and even on the receipt the cashier got my nitro cold brew order wrong with the quantity for the white mocha. By far, the worst experience.

It’s hard to describe the experience I had today while making my usual trek to this location for my morning pick me up. I was pulled aside by the manager (Sheryl) to be scolded. It was humiliating and demoralizing. On occasion I have requested for my drink to be remade with extra ice. I understand that it may be necessary for me to order my drink more efficiently however I’m no expert and over the 15+ years that I’ve been a customer of Starbucks I have never experienced anything quite like this. You truly never know what someone is going thru and having my morning coffee is therapy for me. As a new mom work/life balance has been a challenge. I hope this manager can receive some effective leadership training and work on her interpersonal skills. It’s reckless to leave someone in the state I was in when I walked away today vowing to never return to her location. 0 stars in all categories.
Came here and they had no ice? And we’re not nice about it. Other times I’ve come it’s always slow and chaotic. Would not recommend.

**Worst Experience Ever**
Today, I had the worst experience at this place. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and an iced Americano, but when I checked the receipt, it was written as a hot Americano and an iced Americano. I had to correct the order to get the right drinks, but they were absolutely terrible. The iced Americano was lukewarm, and the caramel coffee was just a bland, lukewarm milk coffee with no foam or caramel sauce. When I asked for a refund, they treated me with an intimidating attitude. I never want to experience something like this again.
I ordered add chocolate chip cookie through the app when I get down there 20 minutes later I am stuck sitting for 10 minutes because no one wants to give me their attention while I'm asking for my cookie they ask me do I want to replace it with something I say a cheese danish they slide it in the bag without heating it up as per my request on my cookie then go to hand it to me I asked are they going to heat it up and they ask all you want to heat it up and this is not the first time this has happened I've ordered and my cookie and my brownie was supposed to be heated up and they just stick it in the bag in the plastic without heating it up today I am at my wit's end because I'm at work and I was only supposed to just be picking it up and now I have to call it 1800 number to get a refund for my order you need better and more attentive staff

The service is super slow. It took us 25 mins to get our food! The staff is rude and totally ignores everyone! There is no customer service at all. Not coming to this one ever again. I am sure there is a Starbucks with better staff somewhere else. Honestly if Starbucks cared, they would have looked at reviews and did something about it. There are sooo many baad reviews for this store already!

This Starbucks is the absolute WORST.I placed an order for a Venti Dark Roast and was told that they don’t brew dark roast because it’s not that popular and the store tries to save money and will only do a pour over……-#okaySo I ordered a Venti Hot Americano and waited and waited and waited. After 10 minutes I asked was my drink coming and was told “eventually”……so I requested a refund.This Starbucks location environment is pretty ratchet and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone especially if you’re a tourist.
