This Stabucks is located inside Macy’s in Lenox Mall. It was pretty quiet around 4.30 - 5 PM. At that time they still served things for breakfast such as ham & swiss croissants and kale & mushroom egg bites. The food and drink were good. Staff was very friendly, she gave my little one a little purple bear cookie as a gift. There are also tables and seats outside.

Kid-friendliness: You can buy kid-friendly food, cookies and drinks.

I absolutely LOVE coming to this location now. I used to avoid this kiosk due to the extremely long line and sometimes short tempered staff, but with their new staff I am in absolute love. They give you smiles and go out of the way to make sure you feel welcomed. Lauren is a beam of sunshine and Andre always serves a drink with a smile. Whitney always makes sure you’re taken care of and Emerald constantly makes my blended drinks with perfection. I love this crew!

This is one of the best Starbucks ever! The drinks are always great. Nice crew. I come here all the time, I’m a bit shocked at some of the reviews. It’s a licensed Starbucks, so of course they can’t give anything free with your points but you can still use your app & get points!
