Great location for remote work. Definitely the spot for a lot of others holding meetings and wanting to get out while grabbing a great coffee, or matcha latte with chai ☕️ terrific service!

I live 2 blocks away so I keep going there, thinking the service will get better. Today I lost it. Don’t go here unless you want to be stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes . Staff in this location is always rude.

I just had a kind of uncomfortable situation with the two baristas literally laughing of my name. They were joking between them about it… It’s interesting because this location has been always a reference for me of inclusion and finding this situation was really unfortunate… it was intimidating. Sierra was one of them…

I’ll sum it up for you. Just pick another location that has employees that actually wanna work. The cashier was very nice but the people who are supposed to be paying attention to making your drinks are doing everything except that.

If you’re gonna talk badly about me when all I said was my name and thank you at least wait until I fully pull away from the ordering screen. And when I confront you at the window ready to ask if I did anything wrong don’t go “oh that wasn’t directed towards you the headset was still on.” It obviously was, clearly you have had a bad day and chose to take it out on me. My only problem with this situation is that the barista did not own it or take accountability.

I was taken aback when I was asked to tip in the drive through. Tip culture has gone too far. They might as well be shaking a tin cup at every customer that walks through the door or drives up. None of their employees deserve tips because they are not serving customers directly. They make drinks and warm desserts in the microwave. Starbucks pay your employees well so your customers don't have to be responsible for not only purchasing your goods but subsidizing what the company pays their employees. Disgusting.

so basically, I came to this starbucks with my family, the staff is friendly however I asked them for an iced chai latte and they gave me a regular iced latte, the lollipops were not cooked well and the iced caramel macchiato was horrible, please improve your preparations and customer service, you can!

Today I came to the piedmont Starbucks that I come to all the time. As I’m outside on the phone, I went to ask an employee that was outside cleaning a window what time they closed, debating whether or not I should do work there. Immediately before I could get a word out I was yelled at disrespectfully telling me to leave her alone. You would have thought I knew this woman but didn’t. If this is how their employees treat customers I’d refrain from spending my money here.

Drank my cold brew only to be surprised by a fly at the bottom! (Poured into a tumbler to show). Purchase was made at 6:30am on 09/03. Breakfast sandwich had ice in the middle of it. I rarely make reviews but not being able to see a fly in my coffee until I got to the very bottom of it because I ordered it black is disgusting.

Love the location but parking can be a challenge at peak times and the drive thru will be extremely long. Traditionally they can keep the line moving but I sat for 10 minutes in the drive thru on Wednesday at 11:50 AM without moving an inch, for the person in front of me to simply have one item in a bag like it came from the oven. Not sure what was going on that day, my drink was even down nearly two inches from the top of my cup, but hopefully it doesn't become a regular occurrence.

Why do we need giant trans flags all over? What other kind of flags can I expect? I’m out.
