My experience was not very pleasant at all. I went there to pick up two orders and the barista's demeanor was very stand-offish and presented very much "leave me alone". I was very pleasant with her despite her annoyance behavior toward me which still puzzles me. I thought letting her know I had more than one order was being helpful but I guess she just wanted to just get me out of the way.

I honestly started to let it go because we all have bad days but when she handed me the completed second order, she just walked off. So, again, I pleasantly let her know that I was still waiting on one item from the first order--only because I wasn't sure if they missed it because even with that one she just sat the drink down and walked away. She scoffed at me and said the other barista was making it. Now I'm very unhappy because what I was asking wasn't unreasonable considering she didn't say anything after she handed me the second order. I'm confused like does have something against me? I know I'm being kind.

Another barista number 2 came and handed me the rest of the order. I asked her for the other girl's name. She paused, then said she couldn't give it to me. Strange considering every Starbucks I've gone to they usually have name tags with their name. So I asked her myself for her name. She scoffs at me again and asks why I want her name. I'm confused because, again, asking a person's name who works in customer service isn't an unreasonable question.

I didn't push the issue with the name once I saw she was ready to be combative. I then asked for the Manager's name. She then says, "what do you want a manager for? What's your problem?" I told her that her attitude was the problem. She rolled her eyes and started helping the customer who walked up. It was obvious I wasn't going to get any help from anyone there so I just left.

I still don't understand why she was so ugly toward me and became so defensive when I asked for a manager and pretty much denied me the opportunity. She was a Black young lady with long braids roughly 5'3. Hopefully she's not usually like that but if that's her usual demeanor, just please do not ask her anything if you want a pleasant experience. It costs nothing to be nice. ESPECIALLY when someone is being kind to you.

I'm in here a couple of times a week and the staff recognizes me. They are friendly and make the experience more personal. Dione works hard to remember my preferences.

There isn't much space inside, so I would get orders to go. It seems like most people use the app and just stop in to pick something up off the counter. Still, if you just stop in and order at the counter, they hustle to get your order quickly.



Dietary restrictions: Of course, it's easy to get dairy-free coffee even with a substitute creamer. I'm a big fan of the marshmallow green bar which has a little bit of brown butter in it. As well, it's not completely gluten-free because of the maltodextrin. If you're okay with the trace of dairy and gluten, this is a good bar.

The guy taking my order this afternoon (his name tag was blank) was pretty unfriendly and clearly in a grumpy mood. I just love going some place to spend $6 on a coffee where the people are grumpy and unwelcoming.

I waited over 15 minutes for one simple cheese danish while the entire staff neglected my order intentionally. This is the worst service I have ever received and I would never come here again. Please do not waste your time here, it is not worth

I ordered my Brown Sugar Oatmilk espresso via the mobile app. My drink was ready when I arrived in the store however the cup wasn't full. The barista tried to tell me that is how it comes. I advised him I drink this almost daily I've never received a cup that was not full. If that's the case charge me for a grande. He them offered to put more milk in it. I declined. Then he hastily remade the drink. It was ok.

Showed the girl at the register what I wanted. She told me to read it off to her.Thank God Im not deaf! And thank God I understand the abbreviations on the sticker I was reading.Hit or miss on service, friendliness, and accuracy. I say this because its not my first time here. Had to go back and ask for caramel (that i asked to line the entire cup) but she was extremely polite about it and poured it in my drink.See pictures attached for example.

Every time I go to this Starbucks during advertised hours some worker comes out from the back after 5-10 minutes and says they’re “closed”

Tracey in the Starbucks at Target off of Piedmont should not be working there. He clearly had an attitude, mumbled our whole conversation and I had to wait a few mins before he came out to take my order. He should not be the face of a Starbucks. Horrible customer service.
