This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s unfortunate since Delta is known for outstanding customer service. Minimum 25 minute wait for a mobile every single day. The gentleman with glasses and tattoos is the only one who keeps this place moving. He is a rockstar. The only other time things start moving is when one of the food court managers or somebody outside of Starbucks steps in and it starts helping. The girl making the coffees just smirks and goes even slower when people ask where their drink is. If they were swamped and hustling, I could absolutely understand it, but it seems like there is nobody with a positive attitude leading this crew.

This Starbucks is inside Delta Admin building. Available only for those who can access this building (employees and those with visitor passes).Lot of footfalls, always busy. Service is super quick. The beauty is baristas know you well with repeated buying. Ms Kisha is one who alwayz greets me by name, she knows very well what I usually order. Ms Octavia is also great in service.Starbucks merchandise is less and limited. They can offer more. They close by 3 PM.

I ask for tall iced americano in grande cup with ex ice n water for my parents because starbucks coffee is little too strong for them but they put more ice n water in tall cup instead just don't order at this Starbucks location disappointed
The girl at the register kept grabbing the cup by placing her fingers inside the cup. I asked to replace my cup, the coffee technician happily switched it. but then the register girl came by again and moved all the cups forward by putting her dirty register hands inside the all the cups!

Cappuccino schmeckt nach irgendetwas, ekelhaft, croissant alt sehr alt weich Schokolade Füllung hart, sieht schon schlecht aus,auf meine Frage bzw Reklamationen unhöflich böse blicke nach ca. 5/7 Minuten kommt Managerin viel bla bla bla keine Erklärung, gibt mir mein Geld (9.60$) zurück!!!! War mein erstes und 100% letztes mal STARBUCKS
