Customer service continues to get worse. I just left this location and I ordered in the mobile app and it tells me me that my order is ready but when I get to the location I still have to wait because my drink was just sitting on the countertop with milk in it. There was no promptness in the barista to complete my order. I also had food items that I had not gotten and I let her know and she was still too concerned with talking instead of assisting me. My food was cold by the time I got it. They need to stop completing orders in the app when they are not ready and they need better customer service skills.

I have been doing the Starbucks over 25 years and I’m so disappointed I have my card I have my app I came to the store asked for a water. They refused to give me a water.!

Unfortunately, this location breaks from brand standards of quick & quality service. Made the mistake of visiting this morning and associates were conversing grievances with recent dress code standard changes (at register) which caused line to extend towards rear of restaurant. Have encountered wait/quality of service challenges during previous encounters but never quite this bad & blatantly unprofessional. Simple Hot Coffee w/ no add-ins during this encounter

Food and drinks are fine. And workers are nice but be prepared to wait. Whether I’ve done mobile order or ordered in line, it usually take upwards of 20 minutes. Today my mobile order said 13-15 minutes. It took 30 for 2 lattes. Parking can also be very tight

This is the most unorganized and most unprofessional Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I have never been to a location like this one and the girl on the hot food never once placed in their system which items were available and which were not. Some form of training is definitely needed in this establishment. I have never left a review like this for a location of any business, but this one deserves 0 stars. I will never and I mean NEVER ever come to this location again.

Super sweet employees. Visited April 14, 2025 on a trip from Pittsburgh PA. Huge culture shock, Georgia we love you!!! The gentleman that took our order was very friendly and I wish I would’ve caught his name. He was excellent in terms of service and addressed everything when asked. His communication was very professional and genuine. Thank yinz so much for a pleasant experience and good drinks! They tasted different from home but a good different (I might prefer the way yall make yours a bit too much now haha). Again thank you!!

Too many employees behind counter for customers to have wait 15-20 minutes on your order. I’ve always had to wait an extended time at this location for some odd reason . Better timing with getting orders to their customers

MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT
I have came to this location several times due to me staying in the area. I ordered my regular and noticed my order was higher than what I usually pay. Come to find out my whole order was wrong. So they corrected it, but even when giving me the right beverage, it still wasn’t right and nor was it blended well. I did use tap pay and also had to use tap pay to receive my refund But I have yet to receive any refund. I actually went back to the Starbucks and the main boss was there, but he didn’t do anything because he gave me to run around as well. If you do decide to go to the Starbucks, please make sure they have your order correct I’m not for sure if they took from me or what but obviously I haven’t received the refund so…

I went through the drive-thru where the friendliest young lady took my order, and graciously leaned over into my window to make sure I had a good grip on the hot cup of coffee (which is the best in town)!
