I love coming to this Starbucks and I love having great customer service. I had a parent- teacher conference here for my daughter. While waiting my oldest ordered drinks for her and her sister. They were playing patty cake while waiting for their drinks. When the barista called my daughter’s name she asked if she knew how to play Lemonade. They played Lemonade and the room all smiled after they finished. My daughter’s loved that and I told them that’s what good customer service looks like! I didn’t catch the barista’s name and I’m really kicking myself for it, but thank you for providing excellent customer service, and putting a smile on my girls faces! This occurred on 8-16 between 2:00-2:30pm

I come to the Cascade location all the time . I enjoy the fact that the customer service is superb and that no matter what time of the day is , you can depend on an excellent drink and snack from this location .

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have ever seen. I frequent Starbucks quite often and they are all pretty much set up the same way. But my, I stood at the counter about 5 minutes, watching this employee wash dishes and other things, then a young man came in and she had the audacity to ask, who was first? What a joke! I should have just left, but I went along, placed my order as did the young man. We waited at least 20 minutes watching this other employee service the drive thur and store, while the female went on with her other duties. Very rude,felt sorry for the one overworked male employee Will not go back to this location. Also some ingredients, out of stock, couldn't get what I intended.

Customer service continues to get worse. I just left this location and I ordered in the mobile app and it tells me me that my order is ready but when I get to the location I still have to wait because my drink was just sitting on the countertop with milk in it. There was no promptness in the barista to complete my order. I also had food items that I had not gotten and I let her know and she was still too concerned with talking instead of assisting me. My food was cold by the time I got it. They need to stop completing orders in the app when they are not ready and they need better customer service skills.

Unfortunately, this location breaks from brand standards of quick & quality service. Made the mistake of visiting this morning and associates were conversing grievances with recent dress code standard changes (at register) which caused line to extend towards rear of restaurant. Have encountered wait/quality of service challenges during previous encounters but never quite this bad & blatantly unprofessional. Simple Hot Coffee w/ no add-ins during this encounter
