Two reasons for my post today. I have no issues with the staff. They’re always nice. Excellent staff just like any location I’ve visited. Of course, I did have some other favorite locations, but during the last 4 and 5 years of Covid. Barista’s have come and gone. Congratulations to them. Number One. This location stays out of Peppermint Syrup. I think they get a re-up on Wednesday because that’s when I usually see it. But by Monday it’s gone. I think they should double that order if it’s selling like that. Apparently I’m not the only one who uses it. Same with Apple Juice. It’s usually gone on Monday too, but it was available today. Number Two. Even though the Drive-Thru line is always long. That’s the only way I can get the Green Stick. Atlanta has the worst roads. Based on the pic I posted. My drink does not survive the drive to my destination. So, when you do pickup inside. They’ve remove the Green Sticks. And the brown things to keep it from burning your hands. Hopefully that’s just today or this week or the holiday season. Because that’s usually available. But today it was not. As a Gold Card Holder for the last 8 years. It would be very appreciated to have Peppermint Syrup and just Green Sticks for your customers always. I want to be the one to enjoy my drink. Not my car.
Parking: Parking can fill up and the spots that are usually open are straight ahead. Better to back in. I see a lot of people who pull in having to back out on average 2 to 3 times. The space can be tight to maneuver if you’re not that experienced in driving.

It's Starbucks! Coffee drinkers know what I'm saying lol. I love the coffee. But they have gotten funny with making my venti a actual venti! Drive thru is very slow. I always order ahead and im always waiting in the drive thru at least 10 min. This particular location is definitely slipping.

Customer service is really good. But they are always busy, parking is tight, the drive-through is too tight, and the signage and speaker are antiquated. I wonder why when they remodeled, they did not upgrade the drive-through to new sign and digital cameras like other SB.
