I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location today thanks to Valentina. She was extremely kind and helpful, and it made my day! I will definitely be back to this location.

So let me say, there are two Starbucks in the North Druid Hills area I ended up going to the wrong one at first because I got the addresses mixed up however after making a few adjustments I ended up at the right Starbucks lol. I think out of all the Starbucks I've been to I really like this one it's a bit spacious and the vibe is really good, if you're going on a coffee date this would be the perfect spot / location for you to converse and get to know one another I wish they would bring that certain refreshers that they have during the summer all year round though. I was at the counter trying to get a refresher that they only do in the summer and was a bit disappointed but it is what it is I still got a strawberry/lemonade acaì refresher and it was delicious so if I'm in this area again and I'm in the mood for Starbucks this would be the location I will go to they're not really that busy so I said check them out if you're in this area.

Just got kicked out from this location by the guy sweeping the floor (said he is the new manager). Because I didn't make a purchase today. Even though I'm getting coffee there a couple times a week. (Today I had an early meeting in another location. When I called the customer service online they said there isn't such a rule. And he made it up.

Busy location off N Druid Hills, well run. This location is difficult to get into and out of, so plan accordingly. However, staff is efficient and pleasant if Starbucks is your poison.

The drive-thru took at least 25 minutes to prepare my drink, even though there were only two cars ahead of me. The main issue was the staff's attitude, acting like this delay was normal. This isn’t my usual Starbucks, as I was visiting Atlanta for the holidays, so I’m not sure if this is typical for them. However, a 25-minute wait at a Starbucks drive-thru is definitely not what I expect.
