The store manager literally yelled at me over the mic in the drive through and did it again at the window.
And when I called her boss she said some racially charged things against me.
Starbucks has gone downhill and it’s disgusting; get it together.

I am so tired of this starbucks. Emory needs to invest in a starbucks that is more consistent and actually wants customers. This location hates the campus it serves and is managed poorly. I’m so tired of it.

Always short staffed. Must be terrible management. Never been to a slower drive thru. Their drive thru stats alone should put them on corporate’s radar
I bought a new cold drink for me and my son in drive thru. I think it was a caramel ribbon crunch frappicino (title?). It was delicious, and we received great customer service.

This is my usual starbucks and normally im pretty satisfied with them, but today was like a 20 min wait and I asked for light ice, but received mostly ice. $7.29 for a cup of ice feels like a scam. 7.29 for a cup of coffee was already pretty bad.
I’ve been turned away three of the four times that I’ve attempted to enter. And when I was able to come in I was told to hurry up. I come in at 6 mind you, to just get a cup of after a day at work. One time I got laughed at as I was leaving. Not good experiences here…

My family has been going to the Toco Starbucks for 20+ years. For a long time my went on a daily basis. She now has Alzheimer’s and cannot drive anymore. When I go, the team members that knew her still ask about her and remember her order. Today my mom’s latte accidentally got left out of my order. The manager personally made it and brought it to me with a big pup cup for my rescue pup. Thank you to the Toco Team members!

It's 6:10am, I was not greeted by anyone when I walked in to the Starbucks with zero patrons (unusual to not be welcomed by a Starbucks team member). When I asked about a tea that I ordered on the app (to ensure that it went though ok) I was met with rudeness by the barista. Rather annoyed I quietly received my drink and walked out, to find that tea order was incorrect (received black tea instead of green tea). I would normally be understanding of a simple mistake, but the poor customer service and rudeness so early in the day made me less inclined.

To the Young woman who went back and forth with me about whether or not my order had whipped cream on the top, you should be ashamed of yourself. You lied and said that your coworker put no whip cream at all when the sticker clearly says no whip at bottom. Reading is essential if you can’t do it then maybe Starbucks isn’t for you. I have a Starbucks inside of the facility I work at. I only stopped at this location because it was recommended by a coworker. I would never debate with someone at 6:30 in the morning about whether or not their order had whipped cream on the top. Get over yourself. This was absolutely the most disgusting and worst Starbucks experience. Take accountability, young lady. To the young lady that took my order, kudos to you for maintaining your composure as I watched you, witness your coworker slander your name. It takes a certain level of maturity to ignore someone who is loud and wrong.
Update: I have been in the restroom for almost 2 hours on and off. The only reason that might be is because your barista can’t read correctly. She had to put regular milk, because I order the same beverage everyday, with oat milk. It is literally coming out of both ends and I am being sent home. My first stop is going to be you guys.

Usually I don’t rate high for starb but this one is pretty cute and loving. Baristas are so sweet. Please go there and say hi to them:)
