My wife and I had hot white mocha coffee. It smelt and tasted burnt. I've never experienced that with coffee before. We got chocolate chip cookies and asked for them to be warmed up. They were just warmed up half way. I do have to say the ladies who took our order were very pleasant and attentive attitudes.

This starbucks is open the latest & is the most convenient to the Toco Hills area, although it is far from the best. I went in recently at 9:20 p.m. or so, was the only customer inside the store in line, & it still took 10 minutes to get a VERY simple espresso order!

Came in about 15 minutes before closing. The team was very nice and got my drinks to me quickly. The drinks were very tasty (some Starbucks don't make our Frappuccinos well)

I love this Starbucks location. We are fortunate that most of the locations in this area have very nice baristas, but this one really stands out. I’m always greeted warmly and have a little conversation with someone behind the counter. It’s nice to be acknowledged right away even when they are clearly very busy. I never feel like an inconvenience. Drinks are always made as requested and available when the app says (if not faster) when ordered ahead. Thank you all!! ?Parking: Lots of parking adjacent to CVS even if many of the spots right in front of the store are full. They also offer two 5 minute run in/run out spaces which is nice!

This is literally my favorite Starbucks! I drive a little out of the way just to go to this location because my order is right every time and seems like the baristas are making your drinks with love. Sn Patrick’s energy is unmatched super pumped and spreads positive energy to every customer!Kid-friendliness: My son loves the hot chocolate and they make sure it’s kiddie temp to ensure safety.
This is the BEST Starbucks location in the Atlanta area!! The service is always so great and efficient, the line always moves very quickly and my drink is always made to perfection. Everyone deserves a raise!

I ordered via doordash- on my 1st attempt, I ordered a Matcha latte no ice & a wrap.The matcha had ice. My wrap was missing ingredients. No biggie, maybe someone was new.I ordered today and my wrap was completely unraveled in the packaging. My drink had a plug in the mouth piece but still had matcha all over the lid.Giving 2 stars because I still consumed the items. When ordering from here, do not expect them to get your order right.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to leave one for the amazing employee PATRICK who works the window a lot for the drive-thru. He is the sweetest most chipper and happy person and he seriously brightens my day every time I go through. He even remembers things about the person and makes you feel so important! Patrick thank you for always making my day and everyone else’s!!

Stopped in to pick up a mobile order. Checked with Callie to see if the order was being worked and she was sarcastic, short and rude with me. She said I’m working all the orders. I was simply trying to just ask if it was ready or not. If there is another approach that I should have taken to check on my order please inform me and I will gladly do it upon my next visit.
